Fantastic home with a great vibe! Working with Heather was easy. She was friendly, helpful and very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again—especially planning to stay longer and enjoy the porches and amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at Tara’s place! We came to visit family nearby and this was the perfect spot for our “base camp”. Everything we needed was there. The place was clean and close by to everything, including a Supercharger within 10 minutes (for you Tesla owners). All instructions were clear. We would certainly book with Tara again!

We’ve stayed here a couple times now and is our go to when we go to Murfreesboro. It’s in a great location close to grocery stores and restaurants. The hosts are awesome and very helpful.

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

This is our second time staying in this beautiful location. It looks exactly as pictured and the host is always amazing and very accommodating. Willing to go the extra mile to make for my mistakes. yes my mistakes lol would recommend always!

This was our second time visiting the property and we had a great time. The host was very responsive we added a couple of days to our visit and it went very smoothly. The views from the property are great and walking distance to the Winchester town square. Very dog friendly with a great deck over looking the Tim’s Ford water. We will definitely stay again and experience the property in the summer season. Highly recommend.

Return House was exactly what we needed for a perfect weekend in Sewanee. The location is very close to the University of this South, and yet feels like it is secluded in the forest. Michael’s home is warm and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed listening to the birds while enjoying my morning coffee on the deck. Check in was easy and Michael is a great host. We will definitely stay here again!

Emily was very responsive and helpful with the reservation and accommodation's! And then she was also understanding when the weather prevented our daughter from making the trip down. Would recommend this airbnb to other's!

I’ve stayed at PLENTY of Air BnB and this one is by far one of my TOP 3. The home itself was very warm and inviting but the hosts were the cherries on the Sundae. Two of the most peaceful and graceful people walking this Earth. I was blessed to have stayed at this location, for it provided more peace and love than I expected. For that, I AM truly grateful. Absolutely awesome location and home. kitchen is absolutely awesome and has all you need. There are 3 bedrooms and a loft bedroom that is right outside another bedroom. So plenty of private spaces for guests to be at alone or in the commons spaces. Outside there is the front patio with rockers, a fire pit and chairs around that, a table and chairs and then the loungers around the pool. So much space to spread out in. One of the neighbors is out daughter's advisor at Sewanee, so that was really neat. Easy access to both Winchester and Mont Eagle. No issues at all, and hosts replied very quickly with questions we did have and checked on us also. Definitely will return!

We really enjoyed Korina’s place. It was spotlessly clean and stocked with everything you may need. Beautiful private neighborhood sitting on the lake. Korina was a great accommodating host. Recommend it highly!

The host Jennifer was great. The house is awesome. It's clean and they have taken great effort to make sure you have everything you would need for a great stay. The layout of the house is prefect if you have family and kids with you. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

We very much enjoyed staying at Kari’s house. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to cook group meals. The neighborhood was beautiful and fun to walk around. The grill and patio was a great setting for the warm evening dinner. Dog friendly!

We had an amazing time with our family and friends before they head back to college/work. Our boat is at Hurricane Marina and the drive there was less than 15 minutes- which was very nice! We enjoyed playing pool and games. House had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable! We highly recommend this place and Michelle was super responsive! Thank you for sharing!

We had a great stay! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The yard was perfect for our dog. Laura was very helpful with local recommendations. It was very convenient for our concert at The Caverns and much more comfortable than a hotel. We’d definitely stay there again!

A great stay! Super secluded and relaxing. There is lots of walking to do around the property and the hot tub is wonderful. If you are relying on uber I would consider not staying here as it is pretty far out and uber drivers are few and far between. But the stay was fantastic!

The Sanctuary was such a pleasant stay . The host was very kind and made you feel right at home . I have no complaints at all !!

Beautiful property - the pictures don’t even do it justice. Perfect for first-time campers, or in my case, getting your dog used to camping. 10/10 recommend!
