Great staff and place

We had a super relaxing and enjoyable stay, the house was very clean, he was always very clear with all the house instructions, the costs and kindness are not even worth mentioning. The host was attentive even from the questions about the house, the reservation and the stay. The boiler is well worth it and the outdoor facilities are in very good condition. Honestly, I don't know why it has the bad reviews, but I personally disapprove of them. I would love to come back and have another pleasant time at the house, and again, thank you very much to the host for his attention and for lending us his home for a family weekend

The house is really beautiful! It makes you feel like you're somewhere else, the place is amazing, very accessible. I had a birthday party there, and Miguel is attentive and extremely friendly and helpful! We definitely want to go back a thousand times, we were very happy! It's totally worth it!

Casa Gabriela is a wonderful haven of art and nature! It has several super interesting spaces to go with your family and spend incredible moments. The subdivision is a very safe place, you can go for a walk at any time and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Gabriela and the service staff were always attentive to any requests.

Excellent location of the house, very central near shops. Excellent and very attentive interaction with the host (Martha). The house comes with everything you need to spend a very pleasant weekend or days off. There was a slight refrigerator failure that was immediately addressed by the host so as not to cause any inconvenience (excellent service)

The cabin is beautiful, undamaged and super well-equipped, but what makes it a great place is the attitude of the hosts. Mr. Antonio and Mr. Manuel's service is excellent. Definitely a great place to spend the weekend.

Our stay at Germán's accommodation was amazing, the house is very beautiful, comfortable, spacious, very functional, it exceeds what is advertised, the pool is very large, clean and at a very good temperature since we requested the boiler service, the garden is beautiful and very well maintained, the terrace is ideal for family living, in these areas you can enjoy sun and shade areas, the kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious and well lit, the living room and dining room are functional and well maintained, the whole house is clean and tidy, we are very grateful to Mr. Germán was always attentive and ready to help us solve our doubts and was very accessible and understanding with our departure time. I really recommend this house if you want to have a few days of pleasant rest, we will be back soon without hesitation

We were invited to return, both OSCAR and LORENA are excellent hosts, always attentive to our needs with quick and very warm responses, especially LORENA, who was the one we had much more contact with and whose treatment filled us with confidence to ask for help and support without hesitation. At the end of our stay, Oscar had time to sit with us, asking for suggestions to improve his service for people with mobility issues, which we greatly appreciate.

Cecilia’s house was absolutely beautiful! The decor is so thoughtful and cool and the whole vibe of the house is really creative and special. She’s an incredibly sweet host and very accommodating when we had to make a last minute change to our pet situation - plus she has great local recommendations. I absolutely hope to return one day! Can’t recommend this place enough - thank you for opening your home to us!

The house is very nice, comfortable with a very nice vibe, Malena is very friendly, very attentive, I liked the way they treated me, but what I like the most is the service from the people. They make you feel at home. They are very helpful, kind, and attentive, especially Mr. Victor and Delfino. They are a 10/10 for honest people! We loved the accommodation, with everything you need to have a good time, the pool was amazing, the location was unbeatable, the residential development was very quiet and safe. Alejandra was an excellent host, always available and super attentive and accessible. 100% recommended!!

The accommodation is very spacious, perfect for large groups, the rooms are very comfortable, it has multiple spaces to rest, the pool is very large and a large pasted patio area. Angelica is very friendly, she was always attentive to messages, responded very quickly and accurately. In case it is not booked the day before or after it is very flexible with the check-in and check-out times which is appreciated in the Alma. Only in this hot season is the air conditioners in the rooms, although they all had a fan is insufficient. Generally a great place to stay, highly recommended.

Adrián’s home is beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. Tucked away in a quiet, gated residential neighborhood, it felt incredibly safe and offered the perfect escape from the buzz of the city. The house is immaculately clean and thoughtfully laid out—our group of eight had more than enough room to relax comfortably. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The pool is large enough for swimming laps, and the garden is absolutely stunning—clearly maintained with care by a dedicated gardener who visits daily. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast prepared by Eva. Using fresh, local ingredients and groceries we picked up from a nearby store just minutes away, she made us the most delicious meal. Adrián was a warm and welcoming host who made sure we felt completely at home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable stay in Cuernavaca. We’re already hoping to return soon!

We traveled with our pets and the space is amazing for them; the host responded in a timely and friendly manner at all times, I would definitely stay here again. As a note: we forgot a medication in the accommodation and Armando supported us with the receipt and delivery of it; 1000% attention

It's a beautiful and spacious house with everything you need to spend a few days as a family. The facilities are in excellent condition, everything is very clean, it is quite free of insects. The house comes with everything you need and the garden is in great condition. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and with a fan. The pool with excellent temperature, my children enjoyed it so much. Local stores very close by. It is undoubtedly one of the best homes I have tried and I thank Aldo and Mrs. Julia that were pending all the time.
