Lovely spot for a solo traveller. Central to many restaurants, easy access and lots of amenities provided by the hosts. Small space but they've done a lot of with it and gotten a lot out of it. Was perfect for my brief stay of two nights.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! The backyard is beautifully manicured. Feels like a little oasis within the neighborhood. It’s truly a labor of love. Rodney and Susanne are very kind and welcoming hosts. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Stephen Eugene's place was fantastic! The place was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed and more! The decor was beautiful inside. The surrounding area was so pretty and peaceful! The location was great as it was situated close to all shopping as well. Stephen Eugene went above and beyond as she was very kind and quick to respond, and was accommodative and caring about my needs. I would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Just amazing service, overall. Hands down one of my best experiences with Airbnb in all of my years traveling. They even got me mangos to share with my daughter and her grandparents :)

We had some issues the first day with the air conditioning and toilet but the host was extrememly communicative and fixed both issues quickly and accomadated us during these small issues. Again, the communciation was great. Would stay here again.

Karl was a great host, very responsive and helpful. My wife and I loved the place it was cozy, quite and very private, it had everything we needed. The patio was beautiful and peaceful, we will definitely come back if we have the chance and we would highly recommend it.

Jonathan’s place was close to everything we needed to do in Miami. Quiet and peaceful, Jonathan was always available to communicate and answered any questions with clarity. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this cute place!

We are repeat customers and did not get to write a review the first visit, but it would be the same! What a unique experience to live under the great banyan tree, and do a wonderful morning walk to the grove for meals. Absolutely perfect, steeped in Grove history, thank yo Carol for everything you have done, and your son, who so graciously offered to help us with our car (which fortunately the problem solved itself). This is our "go to" for Miami for sure!

We LOVED it my boyfriend was happy we found a place good in the city that wasn’t far from anything we wanted. I loved the kitchen the space was great. Good room for 2 people I loved it the space felt like a little home to us for this trip 🤗💕

The property was even better than advertised, it's a small condo of 8 units so very private, a luxury in the Brickell area. The parking space is ample and very private as well, the property was spotless clean and all amenities listed were there. This property is ideal for a family vacation or for a group of friends. The host was super responsive.The location could not be better, walking distance to Brickell, lot's of things to do. Can't wait to come back.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything you need for a short stay. Within 600m there is a bus stop with direct connection to the center. Vivienne quickly responded to the messages sent. The only thing you can complain about is a little worn mattress in the bed. But still, we give 10 and we will recommend this place. Best regards
