Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Late Gothic half-timbered house completely renovated in an ecological sense. It is located directly on the Mosel overlooking the Marienburg and the top vineyards of Pünderich and has a large garden with sunbathing lawn and frigidarium. It is a dream house in a dream location: You reach the apartment through the separate stair tower on the 2nd floor, it consists of bedroom, living room, kitchen and small bathroom. It is furnished with the nostalgic style house with solid wood furniture.

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.
