The apartment is in a good location, close to everything. The area is very quiet and there are several restaurants and supermarkets around. It is a single environment with basic and comfortable needs if you are thinking about spending a few days in Cochabamba. Betza in the same way was 100ptos at the time of giving us all the info of the place

Very Nice place to stay, great location.

Beautiful and very spacious cabin, very well equipped, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nature - the garden is full of trees and flowers, you can observe lots of birds there (especially hummingbirds!). The trail to the Apote Waterfalls is just a few minutes walk from the cabin. The wifi works really well, the signal is strong even on the patio. As a solo female traveler, I felt perfectly safe there. The area is very quiet, there are several small shops on the main road (about 15 minutes walk), where you can buy basic food. Dennis was very friendly and kind, he allowed me flexible check-in and check-out. I do not have a car and he even picked me up half-way from the city (you can also get to the cabin by a taxi or public transportation - microbuses from the centre pass directly by the cabin every 20 minutes). I can recommend for 100%!

I stayed at the accommodation for 10 days and the experience was excellent. The place is just as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable and very well-located. The care in every detail is noticeable, which made me feel right at home from day one. The host was very kind, always attentive and available for any questions. I recommend this place 100%, and I would definitely come back in the future.
