EXCELLENT! apartment, excellent location!

The house is in great. It's a new building, so it's safe and clean. The best part is that we have access to a heated pool. The host was always quick to communicate and even sent someone to make sure we were comfortable with our stay. We were even provided with extra cooking fan. We spent two weeks there and had no inconvenience in our stay.

Paola was a great host! The place is great, it has an amazing view, swimming pool, Spa and even a gym. You're right next to Christ and just a half hour walk or a short uber drive away from the main city center. She was very helpful, was responding really fast and we really enjoyed our stay there. thanks again. Big high five to CBBA

Great apartment in a well-kept building. Excellent location. Practical and safe with many places within walking distance. Bel is a kind host and was very attentive and helpful during our stay. Really made us feel at home. Looking forward to returning for our next visit!

Rodrigo was always available and friendly for my doubts and questions. He is a good host and his apartment was very nice to stay at, I made it my home for a month and am very happy with the decision. Shot out to the door guy, who would always welcome me with a smile and a helpful attitude.

We returned for the second time to Ricardo and Ely's house and we found a lot of improvements in the new part of the property, e.g. the dining room - living room was very good..was the part that we used the most..next to the grill with all its accessories. The garden patio of the house, it is certainly the best of the property, the sunrises and sunsets are dreamy with the bottom of the lagoon the narrowness. We will definitely come back. 100% recommended.

Excellent house. It is really a spectacular home with wonderful views and amenities. It has been built in a high location, so the views of the city are just breath taking. The several gathering areas are cozy. There's a karaoke area in the terrace with disco lights and beatiful views of the city. Juan Carlos was an excellent host in every way. He always responded quickly to our requests. I will recommend this wonderful home for any group of people looking to make long lasting good memories. My group and I had a wonderful time and we will be back again for sure. Thank you so much Juan Carlos for the wonderful stay and for being such an attentive host.

I stayed at the accommodation for 10 days and the experience was excellent. The place is just as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable and very well-located. The care in every detail is noticeable, which made me feel right at home from day one. The host was very kind, always attentive and available for any questions.
