Within 10 minutes to the tourist town of Bright, and in close proximity to Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, only a short 45 minute drive away for hiking & skiing. Only 40 minutes drive to Falls Creek ski fields and high country this is the perfect place to base yourself for the ultimate getaway. There are many outdoor activities to do in the area including skiing in winter, horseback riding, bike riding, hiking, running, golf, fishing etc! Sit back and relax while watching the numerous native birds that frequent my bird bath each day, so enjoyable.

Off-Grid Retreat

Off-grid retreat … Dargo Viewz is a “hut” with a difference. The studio-style getaway is totally off-grid and set in a very peaceful, secluded area outside Dargo. Enjoy breathtaking views overlooking the Dargo valley. Winter mornings are special here – watch the fog clouds roll over the hills and meander through the valley. Please be aware that from June to December the Dargo High Plains Road is closed. This means you can't drive from Mt Hotham to Dargo on that road.

The Farmhouse is situated on a 2300 acre family Cattle and Sheep farm alongside the Victoria River, making this the true High Country experience.
