I was in town for a conference at a hotel one block away and appreciated being able to have a kitchen where I could prepare meals instead of eating out all the time. I was traveling alone and felt perfectly safe coming and going from the building, which has a 24-hour concierge. Adam's apartment has a nice balcony. I also appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was for cooking, and the great water pressure in the bathroom shower. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap, though. They aren't provided.

The screened balcony offers expansive views of the city skyline at sunset, showcasing a blend of high-rise buildings and distant hills. The protective railing complements the scenery while outdoor seating provides a comfortable space to enjoy the surroundings.

Perfect accommodations for a relaxing stay after busy days! The bed was VERY comfortable, noise was minimal (other than usual city traffic noise), and building staff were super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again should we find ourselves needing a space in the city.

During our stay in Atlanta we utilized this listing. Everything was as described and met expectations. The host was very responsive and helpful. They even periodically checked in to see if we may have needed anything. The condo was a very central location roughly 8 minute walk to the aquarium and kids museum, 20 minute walk to Mercedes-Benz. There are coincidently a copious amount of electric scooters/bikes around the condo so if you don’t want to walk you certainly don’t have to. Parking was convenient easily a 2 minute walk from the condo.

I enjoyed my stay! It was nothing short of amazing. I had no issues with the apartment! The bed 10/10. The front desk people 10/10. Location…you guessed it, 10/10. Only Think is, there are people that hang around the apartment building, however, they didn’t mess with us at all. We felt safe walking Peachtree st. Close to the train and bus.

John's apartment is well kept, centrally located, and very spacious. Bed was comfortable, check in was easy, and the building safe. Would recommend theses accommodations to anyone needing a space close to the convention center or downtown area.

Best Home Base for Everything* Downtown

Thomas' home was just as advertised. His home was beautiful. I was only in Atlanta to visit Six Flags, so I wasn't at the home much. But, I was always comfortable while in the home. I'm also a simple guest, so I usually don't bother my host much, but the few questions I had, Thomas was very clear and prompt with his responses. He was also very proactive with his approach. Even when I didn't need anything, he was always checking on how everything was going. It was nice knowing he actually cared that my stay was pleasant. And last, but not least, the wine he provided was a fantastic touch. With the day I had before leaving home for my trip, being able to wind down in comfort with a glass of wine came in clutch. I 100% recommend staying at Thomas'. And being that I purchased season passes for my son and I, I highly recommend booking Thomas before I do as I plan on trying to stay at Thomas' home for every visit. Thank you for your hospitality, Thomas!

Superb Midtown Location by Piedmont Park

Andre was a great host. The listing was exactly as described. We had decided to stay in town for one more night but our original Airbnb host wasn’t able to extend our reservation. That’s how we stumbled upon Andre’s apartment. It’s exactly as described. It’s a very quiet little area but just around the corner from the hustle and bustle of all the best of Midtown. It is quite a small space, but if you just need a safe quiet place to rest your head at night, you can’t beat Andre’s. Definitely recommend!

Amoras apartment was absolutely perfect for our weekend trip. It was walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, and the aquarium. It is in the city, so there are some homeless people outside of the building, but rest assured knowing that they leave you alone. Parking is a bit funky, but highly recommend the parking garage around the corner. The apartment itself was very comfortable and I’d highly recommend staying here.

This was our first time in Atlanta. We were in town for a volleyball tournament at GWCC. Location was perfect for us. Easy walk to the venue, aquarium, centennial park, train station, restaurants, etc. Building was secure, concierge staff very helpful. We drove in so the parking spot was a plus. Never got back in the car until we went home. The space was as described & pictured; clean, comfortable, perfect for me, husband & daughter. Everyone had their own space when needed. We like to bring groceries & make simple meals in when we can & had everything we needed in the kitchen. Kristy was an awesome host, very responsive, welcoming & flexible. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great trip!

We were so lucky last year to have connected with Meagan and to have stayed at her place. This year when we decided to head back down to Atlanta we didn't hesitate to reach out to her hoping her place would be available again, the week we needed it, and we were delighted when it was. It is exactly how it is described and Meagan is a wonderful host, who is quick to respond to any question we may have and made our stay very easy. This place was lovely. It’s nice that there’s a restaurant right in the building. It was a little loud at night being right near the Arena. The park is across the street. The Ferris wheel is beside it. The place was spacious and clean. Check in was awesome. The rooftop pool water was very warm and swim able even in the 50 degree weather. Only wish they also had a hottub. Great stay all together !

Super great value. we stayed here for a conference at the Marriot Marquis, which it is super close to. Much more affordable than the surrounding hotels. Would definitely recommend.

I was in Atlanta for a conference, and found Sara’s place, right across the street from the convention center. It was quiet and clean, exactly what I needed to come back to after a long day of sessions and meetings. She had plenty of kitchen tools and amenities for me to cook my own food, as well as pretty much anything else I could need. There was an issue with something, but as soon as I reached out, Sara responded with a solution; she was a great hostess!

Very nice area and location in East Cobb area of Roswell, GA. High end residential area. 3 minutes down the road is Publix and Kroger shopping centers along with restaurants, cleaners and gas stations. The location is a bit of a drive to major highways like 285 and GA 400 because it is imbedded into neighborhoods. Very responsive hosts. Any questions or concerns I had they got right back with me and indeed came out timely. This is a basement apartment of a large house. Both are rented out as Air B&B. If both areas above & the basement apartment are rented out at same time, you can hear each other. Be a respectful neighbors. Nice backyard,sides not fenced, perfect for dogs. Everyone that came while I was there brought their dog(s). The driveway is super steep & curves to right going up.House is on a hill, first one on the left as you turn off Childers.Take driveway slow, Low gear depending car. Plenty of parking at the top of the driveway. Very satisfied with my stay of 2 months.

We had an amazing stay! The place was under renovation at the time but Marsha made sure everything was comfortable for us. We did have to check in early and she was very understanding with the time change. Overall would recommend this place! Easy check in, reasonable price and within walking distance to the center!!
