I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. My host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering great local recommendations. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our family loved our time at Luis & Ivette's place during our family vacation. Luis reached out to us on day one to ensure we had a smooth check-in, offer suggestions for local restaurants and activities and introduce us to the neighborhood. The home was lovely and well-equipped. The outdoor space is fantastic for relaxing, grilling, and playing with children. Our granddaughter swam in the pool every day and we really appreciated all the games and pool toys that were available for her use. A wonderful place to stay with plenty of room for families.

Our week at MikaLuka was great! The location and outdoor space was amazing. The private pool was so lovely. I was disappointed that we weren’t going to be able to use it our last afternoon when I discovered that an iguana must have gotten in and used it as a toilet. However, when I reached out to let Vanessa know, she had someone there in minutes and it was cleaned up and able to be used again in under half an hour! Quite impressive and we were so thankful. Nice restaurants nearby. Recommend the sangria by the restaurant a couple doors down as well as dinner at Arcoiris and El Gallo Pinto in Guayama!

It was exactly what I needed to unplug and recharge 💞 amazing views (rain or shine). Absolutely beautiful. Peaceful. Private. Had everything we needed to not need to leave the house during our stay. Pictures are absolutely accurate but even then, don’t do the place justice. 1000000/10.

I have to say I would definitely stay again. Terrence was a great host, responds to message super quick and really helpful. The place was in excellent condition, very secure place very clean. The location is really close to a lot of things, 17 mins away to old San Juan, 9 mins to Walmart and other restaurants. Even though less than 24 hrs into our stay the island had a total blackout Terrence was really helpful. Checked on us throughout the day, making sure we were ok. Really did appreciate that. You may see the neighborhood to be a little sketchy but to be honest it is a very very quiet neighborhood. Thank you Terrence for opening your home.

Coral was so welcoming and made our family of 6 feel right at home. The home is gorgeous and has amazing views. The property is expansive and we got to walk the grounds. The pool made for a great pool party day for my daughter’s birthday. Coral even filled all the pool floats before our arrival. We had a great time!

This place was very comfortable and peaceful. it was close to everything. The roosters on the block were my favorite! The host were very nice and available always. I will hope they let us come back!

We had such an amazing experience at Socorro’s Casa. There were wonderful little touches all over the house, everything was so clean and comfortable, and the pool was sooo beautiful and enjoyable. Best family vacation ever. This sums it up: our teenager was not into this spring break trip to Puerto Rico, but upon leaving Socorro’s home, he said, “can you please remember this place so we can come back someday?”…and he hasn’t been nearly as happy since we left.

We had a short stay but we loved it. Very clean space and the attention to details like the little chocolate on the bed and the AC on right when you walk in! Location was great with lots to do in the area. Orlando gave us spectacular treatment he was very responsive and welcoming and made sure we felt right at home. Would definitely book with him again on a returning trip !

This place is spectacular. My family felt comfortable and safe at all times. I recommend it to anyone who goes on vacation. All you need is close. We are already planning our Christmas vacation to return. Thank you very much for everything.

Glenda was extremely responsive, she allowed early check in which was amazing. She assured to follow up when needed and everything was as expected. Property is clean and beautiful, apartment felt like a single family home. Neighbor was friendly and especially while being on vacation and forgetting things in the washer/dryer, when they needed it, they would throw our stuff in the dryer for us or take out and neatly set aside. I thought that was really nice of them. I have no complaints and would love to rent from Glenda one day soon again. Have no complaints what so ever and would come back 1000 times again. Great location, close to a lot and not far from most tourist areas. 10/10 recommend.

La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar y muchos extras para divertirse: billar, TV en todas las áreas, mesa de dominos, juegos de mesa, ir de pesca, caminar, relajarse en el jacuzzi con agua caliente y escuchar música. I do not even know where to begin.. absolutely perfect! We are a family of 7 and the space accommodated us perfectly and with more space than we could ever need. Stephen and Christy were incredible hosts. They were responsive, welcoming, kind and gave the best insight to Puerto Rico and where to go/what to do. (Snorkeling under the pier at Crashboat Beach is a must!) The house is everything you could ever dream of. The views are spectacular. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and simply a paradise. The drive up the mountain, while windy and narrow, is worth every turn. It is a breathtaking drive so take your time and take in the views! We will absolutely be back to Utuado and cannot wait to plan our next trip. If you are questioning booking just BOOK THE TRIP! You will not regret it. Stephen and Christy will help you navigate your trip of a lifetime.

The place exceeded our expectations for beauty and style. Everything was in excellent condition and tastefully decorated. The grounds were pleasant and well maintained and were excellent for the kids (and adults) hunting lizards, toads, and coquís. The neighborhood was quiet, private, and felt safe and we went for long walks along the road. At night the coquís were raucous—almost a form of white noise. When the stove didn’t work (out of gas), she Jennifer had it taken care of right away. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful it is a great place for family and friends. Tons of things to do in the house- The rooms are large and roomy. The pictures are accurate. We had a great time.

Un lugar muy espectacular para quedarse, muy limpio, organizado y acogedor. Sin mencionar que el personal encargado es muy atento. En mi caso Maryoris fue el personal encargado de mi hospedaje, estuvo muy atenta, muy amable y asegurándose que todo estuviera perfecto para así mismo pasar la estadía. Me explicó todo al detalle y a la perfección. De verdad que con el trato de ella y el lugar pasarán su mejor estadía.

We stayed at Miguelina and Luis' place for a total of 4 nights.Left the states early in the morning, flight got into SJ at 12pm..Got our rental car, got something to eat, it was time to check in;we were early, and the host let us check in early. House is GPS friendly, easy entry, culdesac was quiet and very safe. If you've never been to Puerto Rico this is the place to stay! Miguelina and Luis have the nicest house on the street. The pictures are EXACT!Lets just talk about the power in Puerto Rico....This house has a GENERATOR!! SAVING GRACE as the power was out on for 72 hrs.S*fe, Clean, close to the airport, great for groups.We had a total of 4 couples and the space worked out well and we all hung out together. I would tell anyone and everyone I know to stay here and would stay here again with my family. Thank you for hosting my friends and their spouses for my 40th Birthday! It was a great trip!
