If you are looking for a cozy home away from home, look no further because this is it! Not only do we provide everything you will need while you are here but the location is amazing. This home is within walking distance to a grocery store, several restaurants, the pharmacy an only minutes to local hospital. The farmers porch, complete with rockers will welcome you at the end of a long lovely day. The house sleeps 6 in three bedrooms and has plenty of space for gathering inside and out.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Enjoy your stay at this 3 Bedroom 3.5 bath estate home located minutes from downtown Pikeville. You truly get the best of both worlds being so close to downtown but enjoying the privacy this space provides. No more than 8 guests are allowed on property unless approved by the host. Parties can be approved with a fee. Pool is currently unavailable for use Stairs are necessary to access upper level and laundry.
