There is one security camera above the carport. It briefly records all vehicles and pedestrians entering the property. We live upstairs.

There are several public golf clubs close by along with wilderness hiking and cycling trails, loads of parks and recreation facilities, world renown Whistler Resort is a 2 hour 15 minutes drive.

Close to walking trails and for the summer months walking distance to the outdoor pool and small water park.

We love our home and hope you do too. We are centrally located in Mt. Pleasant which is in East Vancouver and only a few minutes from downtown (by car). Located on a lovely street on the bike route and a perfect spot for a family getaway in this amazing city!

You will truly love the space here. The apartment is unique in that it is in a quiet residential area with lots of amentities close by. It is peaceful and beautiful. The apartment is cozy, bed comfy and space airy and open. We also have Netflix.
