It is located opposite the main house on a plot of about 4000 m². Our apartment is 160 m². We have a large and light-flooded living room with a large balcony and great views of nature. On cold days, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is a nice size and fully furnished. The bathroom is bright and equipped with a shower and tub. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy. We have many excursion opportunities nearby, and you can take beautiful walks or bike rides. Dogs on request.

The entire first floor is rented with a bedroom, bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living and dining room. In front of the house you can park directly. The garden is maintained in the meantime, only the garbage cans would have to be placed on the street (1-2 tons per week). :) This is a 2-party house where the upper apartment is rented.
