Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Wake up to stunning views of the lake from your private deck, and enjoy the clear starlit sky at night. Dogs are welcome with Owner approval and payment of a Pet Fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.

The Four Seasons has all the comforts of home with the calm and quiet of the mountains. Enjoy the beautiful sunset views from the wooded deck or in front of the cozy wood stove. We are minutes from hiking the Long Trail, rock climbing the Bolton Dome, skiing Bolton Valley, Stowe Mountain Resort, or Smugglers Notch, swimming in Lake Champlain, or playing golf at the West Bolton Golf Course. We are also less than an hour drive to Burlington, Montpelier, Stowe and the Canadian border.

Lakefront Comfort

Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. We have a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. No large parties.
