Very nice modern “ rustic” two story apartment (unit #1) located on Majestic mountain. Featuring indoor open fireplace, two bedrooms with private baths, and a third bedroom/game room (complete with foosball table, 55"+40" smart tvs, also a gaming TV w/Xbox). WiFi provided. Open kitchen with essentials provided, updated appliances & washer and dryer. Upper and lower decks give access to a view overlooking the valley and Legacy Mountain. Only 9 miles to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Enjoy a walkout downstairs apartment which includes a LR, additional seating area w/sleeper sofa, BR w/king bed, bathroom, dining room, kitchenette, small patio space, private entrance, & parking. The living area has a view and the décor is eclectic and updated. (This space is NOT childproofed, and NOT for small children.) It is best suited for 2 adults, but can accommodate 2 more guests (13 and over) w/sleeper sofa. Dollywood is 4 miles, GSMN park is about 12, and Pigeon Forge is only 2.

Shawn is a phenomenal host. The place was impeccable. Fresh flowers, beautiful decor, ice cream/gelato in the freezer, espresso cued up... check-in and check-out were a breeze. Recommendations for eating out were provided and both he and his wife were accessible throughout out the stay. Not only will we go back but we will also explore the many options that Shawn offers with AIRBNB - especially the farm. If you in the area, you need to at least visit the farm. Thank you Shawn. It was an awesome stay. I look forward to our next one.

Our Volunteer City Getaway was wonderful! This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to anywhere you might want to get in Knoxville. The basement apartment has everything you could need during your stay, and I especially loved the peaceful deck/backyard when spending some time outside. Donna was a friendly and responsive host, we felt right at home during our weekend stay. I’d highly recommend this gem on your next trip to Knoxville!

Marianna‘s place is beautiful. Spacious, historic, unique — one of a kind. The bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The old white Lily flower factory is amazing. If sleep is important to you, be mindful because the trains are regular and very loud. The track is just a few feet away. That said, I knew that going in and I would happily return! It’s a really special place. Thank you!

We enjoyed Masha's little apartment. It was just the right size for the 3 of us. The beds were very comfortable! She has a full size stove and refrigerator with pots and pans and cookie sheets for our use. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all that is needed for cooking. I definitely recommend her place. Easy walking distance to everything downtown. We found it to be located in a quiet location.

This place is absolutely adorable. It’s bright and cheerful and exactly as described. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Close to restaurants and right off of the Main Street which gave us plenty of privacy yet easy to get out and about without needing to move our car. We will be staying here again soon!

Our family of 6 stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was so clean and provided everything we needed for our family. It is close to everything, Walmart, for groceries, restaurants and entertainment. We ate at Five Oaks restaurant and rode the Wild Stallion ride which is just at the end of the road . I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place was better than the photos and absolutely perfect! The unit was so so clean(you could literally smell it!) when we walked in and presented/ decorated in the cutest way. The host had the unit cooled down to a perfect temperature when we walked in— so appreciated having come with two kids. The beds were really comfortable, bathrooms had plenty of counter space etc. Since we were staying over Easter, they even left us an adorable basket with treats for the kids. I messaged Kay a few times asking for recommendations on a few things and she answered within 15 min! Also really appreciated that they had a clothes steamer as we were here for a wedding. Finally, we saw a bear across from our unit! The Airbnb is close to the entrance of the Smokey Mountajns and close to downtown Gatlinburg, so this was expected. My little ones absolutely loved it! Wish every Airbnb would be this way! Absolutely loved it- you will love staying here.

This place was perfect for parent’s weekend! Super close to campus and all parent activities. Parking was super easy to get in and out! We also loved being able to walk to campus within minutes and able to walk to all the fun activities! The place was super cute, very clean, comfortable bed and pillows! Would definitely stay again.
