Great apartment in a walkable location. Ryan and Matt have created really comfortable and clean accommodations in a lovely neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again and I am recommending to family & friends in the area.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is beautiful—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The main bedroom is spacious and relaxing, and the smaller room is charming and well-designed. The open living space and kitchen made it easy to feel at home. We loved being right above a bakery and within walking distance to cute local restaurants. It’s also across from the police and fire station, which was quiet and added a nice sense of safety. Pete was a great host—very responsive and flexible with our itinerary. He answered texts quickly during planning and even picked up the phone right away when we had a question about the key. Everything was smooth and welcoming. We’d definitely stay again!

I had a great stay, the house was great and in a nice, quiet neighborhood but still walkable to fun restaurants and bars. I would stay here again next time I'm in the Quad Cities, and I hope to have more than one night there next time! Thanks!

This was our second time staying at the Pearl Loft and my wife and I felt very comfortable. The loft is very clean, the bed very comfortable, and the view of the sunrise over the Mississippi is breathtaking. Anytime we will be traveling through the area, we know the best place to stay!

We LOVED this Airbnb! Everything was perfect for our "Mom's get-away trip"! The house was immaculate & had a great floorplan. The kitchen was even bigger & nicer than the pictures looked & fully stocked with everything you would need. The groundskeeper came immediately & got the water toys ready. We met neighbors across the lake & even hung out at their house the 1st evening! Everyone was super friendly. Roger was on it! Very responsive & easy to work with. 10/10 all around!!! Even left us beautiful flowers on our arrival! The lake was beautiful. The only negative was we weren't there long enough. Definitely went too fast! We hope to return again in the coming years!!! ❤️

The house was just as described. Had all the listed amenities, was very clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms had ceiling fans which was very much appreciated on humid evenings! We were there for a graduation so we weren’t doing any sightseeing or much walking around the neighborhood, but the area was very pretty. Cari was very friendly and proactive with all instructions. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Alexandra was an absolute dream to work with—so kind, flexible, and genuinely accommodating to our unique situation. Traveling with a crew of kids and dogs isn’t easy, and after being turned away by other hosts, we were incredibly grateful that she welcomed us with open arms. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and right at home. The house had everything we needed and more. The temperature was perfectly comfortable, and the fenced yard was a lifesaver—safe, spacious, and ideal for both our pets and children to enjoy. Every thoughtful detail made our stay smoother and more enjoyable. Even the neighbors were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel even more like home. Your place was so Retro!! We loved it !! Needs a fire pit and more outside backyard chairs. We really enjoyed the town and loved the view of the Mississippi River. The park across the street was amazing!!! We had the other guests from the other unit walk into our unit 2 times while we were there.

We had a great time over there. There were everything you need to spend some nice time with your family and friends.

This isn't the 1st time we've stayed with Javier. We book his place for our workers from out of town and he always makes sure they feel like they're at home. He makes sure they're comfortable and have everything they need for a happy stay while in our area. We will use his place every chance we get.

Ryan responded quickly when I was having lock issues. The house was perfect for our needs. Location suited us well. The neighborhood was so quiet and we felt very safe there. I didn't use the AC so don't know how that works. The garage was nice.

My husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay. 2b is very comfortable and has a homey feeling it had everything we needed including the kitchen. We would/will stay again and refer this place to family and friends. The hosts were friendly and very personable.

The place was extremely clean and felt like I was at home. The bonus of using the garage to park the vehicle was great. I did not encounter any issues during my 3 night stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone and I will stay there again next time I am in the Quad City area.
