The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Lake Champlain, Montreal, Ferry to Vermont, Lake Placid-Saranac Lake area is within minutes to only an hour. The City of Plattsburgh boasts the historical Strand Theater, and SUNY Plattsburgh. The Ausable Chasm is a must see. Great golf courses too! It is a charming area and the home is too, located on an acre with plenty of mature trees.

Our house is very open and spacious. It is designed to get around easily. There are multiple places to sit and eat or enjoy nature. The house has numerous windows and is well lit.
