Nick is a fabulous host. Nothing is a problem for Nick. The local restaurant recommendations were spot on. The house is gorgeous, perfect for our family of four. The carefully thought out home had everything…and I mean everything you could wish for! Beds are very comfortable, space is carefully planned and utilised. Bathroom is fantastic, lots of towels! Thanks Nick, see you again we hope!

We recently stayed here as a group of 8 with our dogs. The home is exactly as described, plenty of room and the quantity of televisions means no one is arguing over what to watch! The space is comfortable and clean. The garden is lovely and has plenty of space for the dogs to run around (although we couldn't locate the outdoor tree lights - we could have asked our very responsive host about that but we didn't so that's on us!) There are a few local pubs within walking distance and we found the whole area to be very peaceful and relaxing. If you are heading to Herne Bay during the evening and don't want to drive be advised that Uber does not seem to operate in this area and during the week local taxi's can be very thin on the ground(especially if you need more than one cab for a larger group) so be mindful of that if you have a dinner reservation at a restaurant and be sure to book transport ahead of time. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are just wonderful. Highly recommend! We will return!

Great place to hang out, especially with a super easy to use and very well heated hot tub, pool table, and table tennis table. We were there as a group of 5 adults, quick weekend getaway, the size of the 2 studios was great for us, any more people and it would have been a squeeze. Paul was very friendly and helpful and really wanted us to have a great time which we did 👍 great base to explore other places in Kent like Dover and Folkestone.

Lovely short stay, very close to the beach where we spent a lot of time with the children. Nice park at the site and lots of space to play outside. Caravan was clean and well looked after and the deck area was a nice touch to give added outdoor space and seating. Lots of the owners decor in the van which made it a little stressful with a toddler who wanted to explore everything but no problem for the older children.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

I can’t express enough how incredible Karen made our Valentine’s Day proposal. From the moment I reached out to her with my plan, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. She helped me find the most amazing restaurant, and while we were away, she transformed the garden into an absolute dream. There was a beautiful rose petal walkway, candles, jars filled with roses, a lit fire, champagne on ice, and even fur coats – everything was just perfect. Karen truly made this experience unforgettable, and I can’t recommend her and the house enough. If you haven’t been, you’re truly missing out! The house and its surroundings are simply breathtaking. A huge thank you to Karen for making this day everything I envisioned and more. We can’t wait to visit again – it’s a 100% guarantee!

I can’t recommend Lisa’s place enough. We had a different air bnb booked which cancelled on us 2 days before our trip. We were so pleased to find Lisa’s lovely home and we are pleased our original one cancelled! The house is really large and spacious, lots of room for our group of 10. Rooms were comfortable and all facilities were more than adequate for our group. Lots of seating inside and out, lovely hot tub and a lovely sunny garden. The house is on a quiet estate with ample parking. Lisa communicated really well and check in was easy. Would highly recommend

Had such a lovely time in this gorgeous house. The garden is huge and absolutely stunning with an amazing barbecue that was in pristine condition. The house is really well equipped and excellently located. The host was amazing and had provided lovely finishing touches around the house to make us feel so welcome. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay for Easter weekend with our two little ones. We had a nightmare journey down and Matthew allowed us to alter our booking very last minute which was very kind! We really appreciated this. Communication was great throughout our stay. 5 minute drive from Deal seafront / castle. House was perfect for what we needed. The accommodation was perfect for our group of 8 when visiting the local area on our golf trip. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Free parking close to house and a short trip in to Canterbury city centre.

Stef was an absolutely brilliant host with a gorgeous property. We stayed for 3 nights and we would definitely visit again. The house was beautifully appointed with good kitchen facilities and more than enough space for our party of 9 people and 2 dogs. Ramsgate was easily walkable from the house and there were lots of good pubs & restaurants to choose from. I would recommend Stefs property to anyone.

What a beautiful eclectic home. Everything we could have wanted. My family (13 + the dog) wanted a special Easter holiday and we got it. Close to the beaches so lots of fun for the children. Vivien was an excellent host. Always there when we needed her.

We stayed at Anouschka’s home for our quiet seaside Christmas, so we wanted somewhere that felt cosy, was close to the sea and had good amenities. The house over delivered and we both agreed it was one of our favourite Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The house has been beautifully decorated and put together, it had feelings of nostalgia and familiarity with a modern high end finish. We might return and we will definitely be sharing with friends and family! Great place to stay and Anouschka was a great host. 10/10 🤩

This is the perfect Airbnb for Margate., great location, ten minute walk from the Shell Grotto and Caves. Near the centre for live music. 10-15 min to beach, Turner Contemporary and the old town. I can't praise enough, the entire house is spotlessly clean, absolutely everything you need and some. If you love to cook like me, then you will love the kitchen, cast iron pots and pans and good variety of utensils. Jane is very sweet and couldn't do enough to make our stay fantastic. Will definitely return, so cosy and warm. Highly recommended

Can’t recommend Ally’s place highly enough. Very comfortable accommodation and fantastically placed for an easy stroll to the independent shops and restaurants of Deal, the seafront and beyond. The house itself was easy to find and was spacious but cosy at the same time. Visited Deal with 4 friends but will definitely return with family.

We had the best time staying at Ben’s place. We’ve visited Margate many times and this place just topped off a great NYE visit. The place was even better than the photos and we felt at home immediately. The art and decor was stunning, beautiful design whilst also feeling cosy. Would love to visit again in the future. We were a group of 5, we throughly enjoyed our relaxing stay, the annexe was just perfect, everything you needed for a stay away. The welcome basket was such a nice touch and went down with all of us. The hottub was lovely and was enjoyed multiple times.
