Very nice apartment on the River. Many walkable restaurants. Able to walk to Stadiums in Cincy. Apartment was nice and clean. Comfortable King Bed. We really enjoyed our stay. Follow instructions parking vehicle.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. It was located on a nice, quiet street within walking distance to some of our favorite spots.

Our stay at Madison Place Suite was outstanding. It was the perfect location for us, visiting family in Mariemont. Every room was as pictured - even better, I would say, because I’m not sure the photos do justice to the light and airy feel. Being above a coffee shop was a fantastic bonus - the baristas all got to know our “usual” drinks 😆 - but there was no noise or anything upstairs where we were living. Shy was a friendly and accommodating host, communicated quickly and was very helpful. Comfortable, clean, wonderful location, great host. Couldn’t ask for better.

This was our second staff in Chris's apartment. We were in the area for a sports tournament in Lebanon, OH, which is about a 30 min drive from the apartment--no longer of a driving distance than the Cincinnati hotels we could have considered. We love the neighborhood with it's well-maintained historic homes. If you want dining choices that are nearby, there's plenty to pick from. Findlay Market and downtown is about a 10-15 minute drive. And the neighborhood is real close to the highway for easy access to go to other areas. Chris gives clear parking instructions, which is helpful because it's a busy street. And accessing the apartment is quite easy. Instructions to check out are also quick and easy. We were very comfortable and would stay again if we're back in the area.

We lived our short stay here and would definitely book again. We loved the house and how beautiful it all was. We were very comfortable the entire time. Thank you!

Great location for guests or family that need a place to stay while visiting!

This place was a perfect little taste of city living for us. The apartment was the perfect size, comfortable and plenty of amenities. One of which was close to great restaurants, OTR and Findlay Market were just down the road and proximity to downtown in minutes. Walks down to Mirror lake in Eden park were daily occurrence. If you’re looking for a cute, small place to stay in the heart of it all I highly recommend!!

Jessica’s place is the perfect stay for families staying in the Cincinnati area. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The place had everything we needed for a long weekend. The area is very walkable with great restaurants and bike paths/walking paths near by. Jessica was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again with my family! We very much enjoyed our stay at Clarese’s property. Checking in and checking out were both smooth and simple. We had plenty of space, there was very comfortable seating in the gathering room. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen had lots of supplies. Also, we reached out to Clarese at one point, and she was extremely responsive and helpful. Great property!

I was in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect place to stay. I had two guests with me during my stay, and the house comfortably accommodated all of us. The amenities were clean and the check-in/check-out was easy and worked well with our schedule. This home is definitely on my wishlist for the next time I'm in the area.

We enjoyed our three night stay! The home was very clean. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and our dog loved running around in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. We would recommend to others!

This place was great however it is not finished yet! It will be awesome once it is!

This was the perfect house for a wedding we were attending in Amelia. The river view was wonderful. We enjoyed playing frisbee golf, pool, and the soccer game table, and watching the wildlife in between attending different wedding festivities .The river wasn’t in our favor to swim or kayak due to all the rain. The house provided lots of extra amenities and was beautifully decorated. The host was very responsive with questions. We would definitely stay here again if we need a place in the Cincinnati area :)

Very happy with our stay. Super clean home. Pool was wonderful. The host obviously paid attention to detail...so many niceties that made our stay super smooth and relaxing. We plan to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Katherine’s house. Katherine and Barb were very accessible and proactive. It was just as described and very well laid out. The kitchen living room space was perfect to hang out in and visit with each other. It was well stocked with anything and everything we could possibly need. The outdoor space is truly an oasis! I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in the area!

A very clean place in an excellent location in walkable downtown Cinncinatti. Grocery and restaurants in easy walking distance. Nice to walk to the ballpark and not deal with traffic. Host very responsive.

Sid’s place was amazing! Was in a super neat place of Cincinnati. Sid’s place had a great deck overlooking woods which was super nice and peaceful to be in. All around was a super awesome place to be.

Sid was very responsive to all messages and we were able to get right in. Secure parking was easy and walkable to OTR and downtown spots. Wouldn't hesitate to book in a second next time we are in town.

Great location for visiting Cincy, just a block away from the streetcar and two blocks away from the park in OTR. Very lively corner. Well accommodated with beverages as well

Came into town for the weekend with my Mother and aunt for a concert! Was looking for something with no stairs and lots of room. This meet all my expectations and more! Would definitely stay again

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Over The Rhine in Cincinnati, this is the one for you. Looks like it had been newly renovated, and matched the photos on the site. we were in town for a concert at Memorial Hall for two nights, and had a great stay. The kitchen was well appointed and the location was walk-able. The view from our window was amazing! Thanks for all of your hospitality, Jason (and your team)
