Our family's experience at Nick's place was really amazing. We have a young family of 7, so the spacious property was a perfect fit. Nick's place was free of clutter, and the overall design was supported the luxurious simplicity. Our 5 kids could not wait for the game room and movie theater. Mission accomplished. Nick even allowed us an earlier check in that the listing indicated, and when we arrived they had orchestrated an Easter egg hunt for the kids. We were like, "what?!?!". The kids spent the first 30 minutes sprinting from wall to wall trying to find eggs 😂. Thanks Nick!

My family, including two young kids, was in town for my dad’s 80th birthday. We spent a very happy week at Diana’s lovely home. All the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating for meals and relaxing together. The kids loved the game room downstairs and the toys in the toy room. My favorite thing was to watch the birds at the feeder. We were able to refill it during the week and keep the feathered party going. We were grateful to be able to host our local family for some meals. There were historic storms that moved through the region much of the week. Diana reached out with reminders of where to find emergency flashlights and candles. Mercifully, the power never went out. We highly recommend Diana’s home for a comfortable family stay and we hope to return for our next visit to Cincinnati.

We were pleasantly surprised at how amazing and unique this property is. Our boys had everything they could wish for. Baseball, fishing, firetrucks, paddling, great food, and a western theme cabin. It was truly a wonderful get away. The restaurant is fabulous too! We will be staying again for sure.

Our host assisted us with everything and that was a lot considering we were first timers. The property was immaculate, organized and clean. This home and its location are ideal for anyone’s use.

We have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's and Alicia's was probably the cleanest we have had. The house is very cute with lots of historic detail. The town is quaint, and we enjoyed being close to the river. It was nice to walk the area and see the town charm. Alicia was very helpful and informative as we had bad weather rolling in while we were there. She sent emergency information in case it was needed while we were there. Our girls enjoyed the cute bunk bed nook and the "cuteness" to the space. We will definitely stay again if in the area!!

Perfect little retreat on the outskirts of Cincinnati. My wife and I enjoyed our weekend and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable, clean, and serene retreat. We enjoyed the sunset on the dock at the pond and were joined by a small herd of deer grazing in the yard. The hot tub was a nice bonus feature to finish the day. (Small Tip: don’t forget flip flops). Diane and her husband were very welcoming and friendly. We would stay again.

the only difficulties were: finding the driveway, especially in the dark. the light at the door was broken, making the steps difficult to see. the home is beautiful and has a fascinating history that she shared with us, and a wonderful view of the Ohio River.

We had an amazing stay at the Stylish Barn Loft. The house was absolutely stunning and exactly as pictured - we were blown away by its beauty! Our host, Kaylie, was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. What really made our stay special was the sense of safety and comfort we felt throughout our visit. We were there through a really bad storm, and our host went above and beyond to ensure that my children and I had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet and secured as well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Our host was top-notch, very responsive, and truly cared about our experience. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

Christian was an amazing host that went above and beyond. The river was reaching flood stage due to heavy rains. He made arrangements to get us other accommodations nearby since the flood was going to impact the town’s utilities. Most other hosts would have said, “sorry, you are on your own.” Not Christian, he definitely took care of us as his guests and made sure we had another place to go last minute. The historical property that Christian owns is very nice and very welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking to spend some time in New Richmond, Ohio.

Wonderful getaway, I took my daughter and 3 grandchildren for a getaway and we picked the right place and upon arrival there were local cookies, welcome basket and fresh farm eggs in fridge very welcoming touch. From meeting their farm animals, hot tub two times in one evening, family Foosball games, ping pong, cards, board games and snuggling on couch with popcorn from welcome basket to watch movies we had a great time. Branch hill you hit it out of the park for our family Thank you, Lisa

Charming's the word. Beautiful, bucolic setting. Nice hiking trail across the street. Super convenient to anything in the Kenwood, Milford, Indian Hill, Terrace Park area and still only 25 min into downtown. Nice rooms, big kitchen, beautiful fireplace. Great stay to get away from it all and still be close enough to anything Cincy has to offer. Only thing that was diff from usual rental (in my experience; come stocked w water, coffee, snacks etc), due to the fact that it was the owners actual home; there were many items in pantry and fridge...wasn't sure what, if anything , was for us, so we just didnt touch anything.

Our group of five had a nice stay! There was plenty of room for all of us and it was very convenient for everything we needed to do in Bethel. The pool table and multiple TVs provided entertainment during the storms that rolled through. Will definitely stay again!

great place to stay with a large group. plenty of space for our group of 18 when we visited the newport aquarium. plenty of parking right at the front of the house. grill works great. large kitchen for big breakfasts. the house is back in away from the road which was nice for the kids playing outside. everything was nice and as advertised. simple check in and the host responds quickly with communications. 40 min drive to Cincinnati. perfect if you prefer stay out of the city but an easy drive to get to attractions. would stay again if in the area.

We had a great weekend at "The Kimberly " weather was beautiful definitely enjoyed the morning sun coming through windows while drinking coffee in the cozy part of Covington, Ky. I would definitely recommend staying again for summer events 👌.

Cari's home is gorgeous. We had a 2nd floor apartment that appears newly remodeled with tasteful furnishings. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy and it was nice to have a Kuerig available for morning coffee. A sweet little balcony overlooked the front of the house, and a fenced in yard was perfect for our puppy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a weekend getaway with the hubby. We have been to this area several times so we knew it could get noisy. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and it was very clean. We would stay here again.
