A great location. Easy walk into Mt Eliza Village with lots of great shops, cafes and supermarkets. Very close to the beach and a short drive to Mornington. Easy access to the Mornington Peninsula. Washer and dryer were very handy. Very quiet complex

We had a fantastic stay at Amber’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the main drag Ocean Beach road and the beach! Amber was a great host, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches like. The bed was super comfortable, and we especially loved the backyard! Wonderful for a family stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento!

Glenys and Geoff were amazing hosts who provided extensive knowledge on the history and landmarks of Queenscliff. Their place was spotless, cozy and welcoming. Glenys provided a generous continental breakfast. The hot tub was an amazing touch and very private. Would definitely recommend the stay to anyone considering. :)

We had such a wonderful stay at Stephen's tiny home! The views were stunning and every moment at the property felt peaceful and special. We enjoyed visits from the native birds and the company of the two nearby goats, and we also saw some kangaroos and a wombat nearby the property on our drive back from town. It was exactly the country escape from the city that we hoped for. Sitting by fire pit in the evening whilst sipping on local wine and toasting marshmallows was absolute bliss! Stephen was very communicative, and super friendly when we bumped into him on one occasion. We would highly recommend the stay and we are really looking forward to coming back again.

Frank was great to communicate with and very accommodating, even with last-minute changes. Frank's home is wonderful, spacious and very clean. The Balcony is to die for, and I wrote a chapter for my next book on the swinging chair. The only slight disappointment was that the pool is actually a pond. You can dip in it, but it is not for swimming laps it is relatively small and full of fish. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, endlessly quiet, beautiful sunrises from the comfort and warmth of your bed.

My Husband and I wanted a night away close to Melbourne and this property did not disappoint …. Such a gorgeous well appointed Tri Level Cottage in beautiful surroundings and only 2 mins walk to Olindas High end with all its local Boutiques and cafes. Alan was great with communication and check in was a breeze. We loved it and will be back. Very comfy King Size Bed too and the Spa was divine….. the only suggestion literally is could have done with a larger cheese Board ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Large property, extremely spacious. 4 very large bedrooms with lovely decor. Beach is within close proximity to the house which makes for a lovely walk/swim. The highlight was the homemade pizzas we made using the wood fired pizza oven in the backyard, which we enjoyed on the deck. Definitely recommend this property!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and in a great location to restaurants and the beach and not too far away from the neighbouring areas. It was also very quiet which we appreciated. The check in instructions were easy to follow and Rosemary and Murray have made it feel very homely inside and ensured there are essential items for your stay!

From the moment you arrive and walk upstairs you are greeted with the most amazing view from an outstanding house in a quiet location. 4 great size bedrooms with comfy beds and linen, bathrooms with everything you need and a kitchen with a view. Sina was amazing and incredibly responsive. This is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a great holiday.

Very happy with our stay at Roslyn Beach Retreat. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach or even just around the corner to a playground if you have little ones. It's in close proximity to Rye shops and a short drive to Sorrento. Emily was so kind and proactive in her communication. The house was stunning and great for our toddlers. The front gate was an amazing feature that meant the kids could run around and we didn't have to worry. The view is amazing and waking up the birds was so peaceful. I hope we can stay here again in the near future.

We totally enjoyed our stay ! A lovely setting - private and peaceful with a short walk to Diamond bay beach! We loved the outdoor shower and balcony setting! Very comfy and clean but a small suggestion would be to provide recycling and compost bins! We'd love to return in the summer! Thanks for having us!

It was a great base for the Weirdo's Walkabouts rogaine that we ran on the weekend, well located for Weirdo to spend Saturday on his bike setting up the course, then to head to Event Control on Sunday morning. Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.
