We absolutely loved staying at the Peacock Apartment. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. All the reviews gushing about this place are true. The hostess was kind and understanding with our check-in, and it really was like a little Paradise in the middle of the city. The location is very easy to get to and close to a freeway. There are a lot of markets close by if you want to cook at home. We stayed in every morning and just enjoyed the gardens. There were also a lot of rocking chairs so it was so nice to just laze about. We will definitely be coming back here specifically the next time we come to Houston. Thank you so much Selia!!!

I really loved how central the location was. I could easily get to Midtown and surrounding neighborhoods in under 15–20 minutes. The studio itself was super cute and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was lovely, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even recommending nearby stores when I needed something. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

Absolutely a gem!!!!! LOCATION!!!LOCATION!!! LOCATION!!! The Zen Den was so adorable, perfect for a couples getaway. Very well put together and the aesthetic was just fabulous. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable, relaxing, central location place. The Zen Den it is. You will not regret your stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved that we were less than 10min to everything. Especially a skip and hop away from one of our favorite, Gaido's restaurant. Definitely will book again. Great little place. Simple and clean, all I needed while I was in town taking some classes. Remarkably close to a private waterfront neighborhood park with great views. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Debra was extremely quick to respond, helpful, and very thoughtful (even offered me muffins!). Would stay again.

Highly recommend this place! My husband and I booked this Airbnb for an anniversary getaway. We loved that there was a private pond for kayaking, fishing and just relaxing by the water. What was also great was that the house was not too far from nearby restaurants and only a 30- to 40-minute drive to Galveston. We definitely want to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Liping’s place very much. The house was exactly what we needed for our vacation in Houston with three kids. The house was really clean, spacious and had everything we needed. I even forgot my tooth brush and there was an extra available to me. It was the perfect location to go into the city and also to drive to Galveston. Liping was very communicative and responsive!

This is a perfect place to getaway for an extended stay or even a quick weekend. The home is very clean and well maintained. They provide all the basic essentials you could need during your stay. The location is phenomenal, right on the seawall with a relaxing and peaceful view. We really enjoyed this trip and felt very much at home. Very clean. Easy to find and easy to get inside. You’re about 10 minutes away from everything overall a good place to stay with driving.

Terra and Darin’s place was absolutely perfect for our little girls getaway trip. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and had easy access to parking AND the beach. And it was VERY well stocked. Communication was fast and they even allowed us a little leeway on the arrival time. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a beachfront unit in the Galveston area.

The condo is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and bathroom amenities. There is also a chest on the balcony containing a variety of recreational items for the beach. And there's a full-sized washer and dryer. I'll keep this on my list when I return.

Perfect spot for a quiet getaway with family or friends, with a direct view of the beach from two small balconies and a small, very clean pool in the complex. Unit has everything you need, including beach towels available for use. On the "first" floor (really the second), and high enough to have a good view of the ocean over the dunes. Older but very clean and well maintained complex with excellent customer service at the front desk. Owner was incredibly responsive to questions and communications. Went with my adult son with a disability who loved the safe, smaller size of the complex and the quieter atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
