The Owl's Roost 1 Bedroom Apartment.

Located above our business downtown. It is on second story with steps so it is not handicap accessible. Newly remodeled in an owl theme. Dining area, full kitchen with coffee bar, and has a pull out couch if need extra bed space. Shared patio with a grill, and shared laundry facility down the hall. Apartment overlooks downtown. The windows in bedroom face the brick building next to us so there is no view from them. Parking is street parking out front or behind our building we have spaces.

This is recently renovated two-room unit with a full kitchen, queen size bed and Gold Fusion fiber internet. We are located in the center of town near a grocery store, Dollar General and only 150 feet away from the Guttenberg Brewing Company!
