Welcome to our beautiful Victorian home located in the quaint town of McGregor, Iowa. Our 2,800 sq. ft. home was built during McGregor's early years as a Mississippi River boom town. Attractions include antiquing, biking, fishing, hunting, hiking and boating! We're a short drive from Pike's Peak, Effigy Mounds and Prairie du Chien. Enjoy a little cozy apartment in Downtown Monona. Located in an upstairs apartment above a historical building. This is not handicapped accessible as there are stairs to get to the unit. Off-street parking is available. Fully equipped for short or long term stays with a pull out futon bed in living room. Main bedroom has a full size bed. Bathroom has a tub/shower. The town does have a train that blows its horn a few times a day that you will notice. There is shared laundry unit in hallway.
