My fiancé and I were looking to get away from the world for the weekend and Karen and Greg were nothing shy of magnificent ! They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of ! Such a wonderful place to stay in Franklin! We enjoyed our short evening there. They thought of everything you need and the little decorations were great if you are a hiker. Sunsets Shuttles was the best too! We will back for sure!

If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in a peaceful location close to downtown Franklin, look no further! Up a quaint, winding road, nestled in the trees is a wonderful two bedroom ground level apartment waiting just for you. Once you arrive you will be warmly greeted by your hosts Dave, Barb & Beans who are always available but never intrusive. Their view is wonderful! The property exactly as described. You Can’t ask for more! And I can’t wait to go back!

Holly was extremely responsive and helpful. The cottage was much cuter and cozier than the photos depict. It was very quiet and tucked away in the beautiful NC mountains. The parking spot is a little short, but our minivan did fit. The road to the cottage is dirt and could be a little challenging for a small low riding vehicle. We did not have problems. We love the country so we took these things in stride. She had many small additions that made arrival and the stay special like caramels, tea, and coffee choices. You could tell by these additions and her exemplary communication that she wanted our stay top notch! We would highly recommend this cottage.

We had a wonderful stay up on the mountain. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a spectacular view. This place is great for people with allergies, as there are no pets or smoking allowed. Plus the linens and towels were fragrance free, which people can be sensitive to. Our host did a nice job welcoming us and the unit is well stocked for cooking in.

George and Deborah were awesome hosts. George even came down the hill to get us when we were lost. He also helped me try to find a motorcycle shop to get a tire after I got a nail in my back tire! They really are great people. And Deborah’s blueberry muffins were off the chart! Definitely coming back next year God willing and the creek don’t rise! 😀

We loved the cabin. It was perfect for a weekend away. The house was just as described and all of the personal touches really made it even more enjoyable. The detailed instructions for check in and check out were helpful! We also loved the aromatherapy options in the rooms. We will definitely be back ❤️

From the moment we put in our reservation Bobby and Dina made us feel so very welcomed. We truly enjoyed our stay at their beautiful home on the river. The peace and tranquility of the home made it a much needed getaway. I would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. Bobby and Dina were super responsive to any requests we had and made some super recommendations of things in the surrounding are. We rode up on motorcycles and the drive in and driveway were very accessible for us to navigate and park. we will definitely be making this our usual place to stay when we're in the area.

This was one of the best stays I’ve had! Loved the cozy vibe this place has and had a blast! Would definitely stay here again in the summer to utilize the dock and kayaks!!! 10/10

Cabin is aptly named heavenly view! Wonderful homey atmosphere in total peace and quiet! Woodstove was so nice and draws really well. Propane gas fire table on porch was perfect for taking chill off the mornings waiting for the sunrise! Filled the bird feeder and enjoyed many birds each morning. Enjoyed Cooter’s daily visits! Close to hiking and all the things we like to do in this lovely area. We will definitely book again!

Really enjoyed the home. Our trip was cut short due to anticipated weather to travel 11-12 hrs home. Would love to come back and enjoy the porches during different seasons. During our stay it was cold and rainy. Place was as described- clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Rodney was very responsive and understanding when it came to checking out earlier than planned. Would definitely stay again.

This property definitely gives you that home away from home filling. Nice, cozy, very spacious inside and out. we love the mountaineefield, tucked away on the hillside. Everyone already voted to book this home again. and 5 stars goes to Beth, our host who was excellent. Taking care of us days before I'll check in all the way to the end.Making sure everything ran smoothly.

We spent five days there; it was a great place to rest and relax. The sunset view is excellent; there’s a tower from which the view is phenomenal. The property’s location is ideal for relaxing and unwinding; it’s very private. It would be great if the furniture were on the main floor balcony. Overall, the place is clean and organized, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The only downside is that you have to take your trash out, and there’s nowhere nearby to dump it. The only place you have to pay to throw it out is to pay a fee, and you have to consider that you have to pay a fairly high cleaning fee, which makes no sense.

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful with every amenity you could possibly need. Dan was responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was conveniently situated between Murphy and Hayesville. From porch sitting to movie nights in the theater room, we had a great time! Read the description well! Driveway is very steep and you have to park at the bottom in the gravel area!! We were able to pull up the drive to load and unload but the incline was not well liked by our car! We had hoped to be able to spend some time in the water but didn’t have enough time and there didn’t seem to be an easy way in. Finally, if relaxation and peace is what you are looking for…BOOK NOW!! Just don’t take our week that we are already planning to return.

Great little cozy condo! Well appointed kitchen so we cooked a few meals. Great location that was close to town. Firewood was furnished by the owners. Would rent again!

Jennifer was a great host and her condo was perfectly situated in Sky Valley. It looked recently remodeled and the entire condo was spotless. The tub and bathroom was so clean, as well as the bedding, living room, kitchen, you name it. We loved our stay here and loved that it was quiet & peaceful, but not totally secluded. My husband and I felt really comfortable in the condo and enjoyed our time overall there. We didn’t super LOVE the sleep we got on the bed, but we prefer softer mattresses and sleeping on a king size bed, so I think that contributed to it. It felt like a great quality mattress though and I think others would love it. Loved this condo & I would stay here again if I get the opportunity!

We loved our weekend getaway at Ann’s place! It was easy to check in, described exactly like the photos and it was peaceful. The bed was also very comfortable, we got some great sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked for our dinner plans, and the fireplace was a nice touch also. Overall, we recommend and will be back!

By far one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in, and we travel often. Very cozy, comfy, and luxurious. The host goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything needed for an enjoyable stay. I love that there are nice fluffy blankets to use while lounging around. The bed is to die for, and the shower is heaven. We enjoyed being able to bring our fur baby with us and it was so nice to be in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

The views off the top floor balcony are stunning! A great view of the sunrise over the lake. The house is very large and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Well stocked utensils and cookware in the kitchen. A great loft area that turned into our prime hangout spot. Patricia is very quick and responsive and the check-in/out was a breeze.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful place. Amy was really great, and the condo was perfect for our group. Would definitely love to come back for another stay!

Loved loved loved this condo! We will be booking again and coming back with family. The bedrooms were spacious and both large with large bathrooms. Extremely spacious for two couples and maybe a kid or two :) the place was extremely clean. Only suggestion I have is to extend check out to 11 so you can get a reservation at the black sheep down the road on your way out of town! They did extend this for us and we were grateful!
