Beautiful house! The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking items we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving! :) In terms of planning your stay there, there are five owner closets in the house, so there is not a good place to hang clothes or store non perishable items. We have a wonderful family vacation there!

We had fantastic and wonderful time at the Cozzi Lodge. Plenty of rooms for eight adults (four couples) and beautiful kitchen and family room overlooking north Georgia/N Carolina mountains. We truly enjoyed the sunset at evening at the outside deck. Green egg grill was a plus for outside bbq grilling. Each of rooms were all well maintained and ready. We loved big island kitchen/dining table with high chairs for all for dinner. Very modern interior and bright inside tone make all of us feel so comfortable. We played golf at Brass Town Valley Golf Resort which takes about 35 minutes and visited Harrah’s Valley Casino which is only 12 minutes from the lodge. Only downside is the lodge does not have an electric vehicle charger for EV. I was a bit nervous driving my SUV on very curvy and narrow pavement to the lodge once we get in to the subdivision. We will definitely come back!!

This was a wonderful Airbnb! Beautiful location, spacious, lots of amenities. The hot tub was a family favorite! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!

This is our family's go-to place when we visit family in Hayesville. Beautiful, quiet area with lots to do just outside of the area. The home is well kept, exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. The living area is open which is great for hanging out with plenty of bed/baths to retreat to. Views from the deck and bedrooms are stunning. Everything is always in working order. Host is wonderful - responsive to questions asked, though we haven't had many during our stays. Whether you're planning a family get together or a quiet getaway, this home will not disappoint.

DeRhonda’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends! The views were amazing, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for our dogs to hang out, and the hot tub was an amazing place to relax.

The hosts were wonderful and kind when we ran into them! They have the sweetest dogs. The place was extremely clean, and gave us a little private get away even with other folks being within vicinity. The fireplace was a great touch we appreciated as well as the well stocked kitchen, and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in both showers. They really made sure we didn’t need to bring much. The river was great for white noise and we loved fishing it as well as the surrounding areas. The area is a truly small town with many great gems and hole in the wall shops. This rental was a great break from seeking more touristy locations such as Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, TN. Highly recommend them as hosts as well as the rental property.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The place had everything and more – fully equipped with all the amenities we needed and more thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The surroundings were absolutely stunning, making it the perfect getaway. I’m super happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful spot. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful, tranquil setting near Murphy NC. Loved the fenced yard, the spacious kitchen, and awesome master bedroom suite. Guests totally enjoyed the fire pit area. It’s a totally enjoyable property. Would love to go back some day.

Very clean, beautifully decorated home with incredible views! Quick ride to downtown Franklin and restaurants as well as hiking trails. I wouldn't change a thing about this house - excellent stay!

Very clean house, beautiful view and everything such as controllers and switches have instructions and labels. Having all the essential cookware was a plus! They had all the essentials for bone fire as well. Spending Christmas at the cabin was amazing, the host had a Christmas tree up which was really nice so we could do presents.

The pictures of this place do not do it justice it’s so much more than you see it’s so peaceful and gorgeous and comfortable and just a fabulous place to relax and get away from it all! We never saw another person only DEER and otters! Anyone who loves the river and creek life this is for you.

Felicia is a wonderful host. Great communication and timely responses. Her place was exactly as described. It is in a quiet neighborhood very close to other cabins. It was extremely clean and secure. There is plenty of entertainment with games, books and televisions. The place was very very clean.

Frank was a great host, he was quick and responsive and his cabin was a great space for our family weekend get away !!!

This place was so amazing that I added it to my saved list as I look forward to staying there again. Great communication! Great house! The icing on the cake was that every switch in the house was clearly labeled as to what it controlled. There was no doubt as to what switch operated a particular light or when it was better to use the remote instead of the switch. It was great! The location was beautiful and the grounds are neatly kept. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I decided on a getaway trip to celebrate our anniversary. We found this Airbnb to be such a great place to just get away and spend some time in the beautiful North Carolina mountains! Carlos was amazing with his suggestions on local restaurants and lovely little towns/hikes close by. And he even helped when my husband wanted to find some sports channels on the TV.😜. I especially loved sitting on the back porch in the evening listening to nature and sipping the wine that Carlos left in the fridge. It was super clean and we both felt right at home with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this home for a mountain town visit!

Artist's retreat! If you are looking for the perfect little cabin to unwind and reconnect with your creative side, you need to book Star Spot. My fiance and I stayed for two nights, knowing full well we would have little cell service and no wifi. It was just what we needed to give ourselves the excuse to sit around and create. Star Spot's back porch was the perfect place to lounge, embroider, paint, eat, and read. We took full advantage of the fairy tale setting among the hundreds of ferns and moss covered paths visible from the THREE porches. We felt so comfortable sleeping with the back doors open and listening to all the forest sounds. This little cabin was just the perfect weekend getaway. I cannot thank Melissa enough for sharing her space with us.

Cabin was beautiful, view was gorgeous, we had fun with the game room. very satisfied with our stay, Courtney was helpful, responsive and very nice! I would definitely recommend.
