Incredible views, 1 min to Haystack Rock, 5 bedroom, very private. 1 minute walk to beach access! Let's go play! The house was updated in 2019 with fresh paint, beautiful hardwood and gorgeous bathrooms. This is the vacation you've been looking for. Due to Cannon Beach’s short term rental policy, there is minimum stay requirements (10-night min stay in summer [Jun-Sept], 5-the remainder of the year) and advertised pricing is based on minimum stays. Elderberry Eden - Nehalem Riverfront House

River House! Right on the banks of the Nehalem with creeks on both sides. Our location is just a mile off of Hwy 26 & 22 miles from the coast Hwy 1. We have nicer weather here with swimming and fishing right on the property. Our location is close to neighbors and a small grocery, but once in the house you will be facing the river for fishing, swimming and lolling about. There is a little cottage that we live in so you might see my wife and I puttering around, but we respect your privacy.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This place is 654 square feet where you will enjoy a private condo with full kitchen, full bathroom, washer dryer, & TV with game room to enjoy. Property is right in front of the ocean , the condos though do not all have ocean view rooms. Many of them face town, or other buildings. Some might have a partial ocean view. You can request an ocean view but it is not guaranteed as the ocean view units get taken months ahead.
