Our smaller unit is like a hotel room. It has a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa. You have your own small kitchen. A patio in the front that over looks the back yard and the burn pit. The small bathroom has a fabulous shower and plenty of hot water. Stocked with fluffy towels and comfy bedding this place is truly a hideaway. The kitchenette has a microwave, nice slice fridge and plenty of other kitchen utensils and dishes.

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries. Adam and Jenn are very friendly and wonderful hosts and the property and tent are beautiful! We will definitely be making this one of our go to stays in the spring and fall! Pro tip: Try to plan your stay around one of their events because Adam and Jenn are great to hangout with!
