You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

At the foot of the Vercors mountains, Clarisse and Florian welcome you to a studio adjacent to their house, located in Varces-Allières-et-Risset.(15 minutes south of Grenoble). Our house is located in a very quiet subdivision close to all shops. Studio amenities: independent entrance, air conditioning, 160 x 200 bed; kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker. All overlooking the garden. Bathroom with shower cubicle. Coffee, tea, chocolates, linens and towels are included.

Located on the ground floor of our house, it has a separate entrance, opposite our entrance, private parking for your vehicle (one only) and a terrace with table and chairs. Like a small house, in a village near Grenoble, independent studio fully equipped to enjoy a relaxing break. You can enjoy a drink or your meals on the terrace. You will find small shops and take-out pizzas nearby. Breakfast included, with coffee and tea available, jam and honey. The village bakery is 20 meters away for fresh bread in the morning from 6:30 a.m.
