Ike Hamilton Expo Center, Restaurants and new WM sports complex less than 2 miles away! I have a 12x40 unit behind the house with 2 hotel type rooms available for renting as well. NO TRAILERS (no available parking for trailers) These guests have their own space and do not have access to the house. The driveway is shared. Parking for the house is directly in front of house.

The Coleman House is a spacious two-story country-style home with 1768 square feet of living space, two covered porches, and a covered carport located approximately one mile from Well Road Exit (Exit 112) off Interstate 20. There are many fast food restaurants within a mile. Also, there is a great public, family-friendly nature hiking trail within about 2 miles, the Restoration Park.
