Hi, I’m Clay and I love to meet new people and have traveled all over the world for the past 20 years working with bands. The a/c is nice and cold and the queen size bed very comfortable. A roomy bathroom to take a shower or long bath. Easily accessible and just 2 minutes off of the interstate. The Butler House

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A half mile to the interstate via Well Rd. Ike Hamilton Expo Center, Restaurants and new WM sports complex less than 2 miles away! I have a 12x40 unit behind the house with 2 hotel type rooms available for renting as well. NO TRAILERS (no available parking for trailers) These guests have their own space and do not have access to the house. The driveway is shared. Parking for the house is directly in front of house.

We have easy access to and from the Interstate, allowing those passing through to have a convenient layover. The Coleman House is a spacious two-story country-style home with 1768 square feet of living space, two covered porches, and a covered carport located approximately one mile from Well Road Exit (Exit 112) off Interstate 20. There are many fast food restaurants within a mile. Also, there is a great public, family-friendly nature hiking trail within about 2 miles, the Restoration Park.
