Beachfront vacation rentals in Civitanova Marche

Great accommodation: 5 minutes to the station, 5 minutes to the sea, cafes and shops nearby, quiet street. On the first floor, a cool apartment, not hot even when it's +30 outside. The host kindly met us at the station and took us to the apartment. He also provided directions on how to get from the airport. The apartment is clean, tidy, everything is available for living: In the kitchen: coffee, sugar, salt, spices, dishes for all tastes. In the rooms: clean, nice clean bedding In the bathroom: laundry detergents, shampoos, even a few baby diapers. Thank you for the good accommodation!!! I recommend it for a family vacation.

Paola was very helpful with anyone questions we have, and gave us several recommendations and directions during our stay. She also allowed us to check in early, and store our luggage there later on check out day.

My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

I stayed at Leontina's place for one month, and absolutely loved it! It was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well equipped; I didn't want to leave! The apartment is conveniently located directly across the road from a quiet beach, there is a large, well-stocked supermarket just a few minutes away on foot, and the seafront, featuring numerous restaurants, gelatarias, etc. is also only a short distance away. The city centre is a little further, but still perfectly walkable. Leontina and Marco were fantastic hosts, and lovely people; they made me feel right at home, and I hope to see them again, soon. Great accommodation, we were just passing through but we will definitely be back. Angela has always been available and very friendly. In the details of the house, you can see the care and attention to the guest. Comfortable home with large spaces.

The apartment is beautifully laid out and spacious, it was ideal for us as a family. We were able to park the car safely in the courtyard. The surroundings are quiet, locals tend to live here. The house is right on the main street, but the hedges prevented it from being seen from the house. The best thing is the proximity to the sea, you just cross the street and are immediately at the beautiful sandy beach. A large supermarket is also only a 5-minute walk away. The center of the great city of Civitanova Marche is a little further away, we always drove by car. We always found free parking on the promenade there.

Accommodation as described, beyond expectations. Enrico is very kind and super helpful, the accommodation is very clean and well-equipped, and the view is breathtaking. Clean beach, great bar at the nearby lido where you can have lunch if you don't want to cook. Our dog was well received and the private beach allowed us to manage it perfectly by taking advantage of the shade of the house itself. The outdoor shower was very comfortable. What can I say, we will definitely be back.

Apartment not very big but very nice, equipped with everything and located in a very nice village. The house has a large and well-kept garden with a much appreciated outdoor shower. Free and equipped beach at about 10/15 minutes walk (otherwise the car is needed). Marco is kind and available with tips and information. It would only need wifi ...unfortunately we with Wind had absolutely no line in the house (but also in many other areas of Conero). Highly recommended!

So pleased with our stay at Sara’s. From beginning to end Sara was always responsive and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable and the views of the sea from every room were amazing. We did not expect to use the pool very much but in the end used it everyday for a cool dip in the evening. Hope to come back someday!!

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you don't need the car anymore. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it goes uphill. The small pool and outdoor kitchen are unique,

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Well-maintained apartment, clean and in a great location.

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

Our holiday was very relaxing. A beautiful Mediterranean and well-kept complex with small cottages and privacy. Also a very nice pool and private beach. You have to get used to the train line, but it runs on the entire coast and affects all the houses here. If you want to shop, go out in the evening or go for dinner, you always need a car. But that wasn't a problem for us.

Lovely stay. The hosts were very helpful. Made recommendations for trips and responded very quickly. The place was older date, but fine working. Lovely air conditioning. Lovely large pool with sun beds. Nice view of the water. And short walk to beach and town. The parking stall is very small.

We stayed three nights in the apartment, in a double bedroom. The room is very spacious and clean with a private bathroom and a very spacious shower. The apartment has air conditioning both in the room and in the kitchen (which is shared), perfectly equipped. The location of the accommodation is great as it is a stone's throw from the beach, both free and bathroom, and great possibility of free parking nearby. The only note to consider (which was not a problem for us) are the four floors of stairs without an elevator. Filippo is a great host, super helpful by phone and very kind. Check in and check out have been handled in a very clear and flexible way. We also met Irene, who was cleaning the house, very helpful and was also able to give us information about the surroundings.

A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

Really comfortable place for those looking for a quiet vacation. The sea, beach, chalets are a stone's throw from the house and for those who want to take a walk you can simply take such a beautiful promenade. The breathtaking view from the house leaves you with a set of emotions and I recommend it for those who are sensitive like me. Really kind host, in the real sense of the word.
