Sehr netter Kontakt zuvor, unproblematisches Check-In über einen Schlüsselkasten, niedliches Häuschen, gut ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an nichts und Sandy ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, würden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Nous avons conversé avec le service de conciergerie Simonetta et Silvia qui ont été très réactives et ponctuelles. Nous avons eu un Check in avancé en raison de notre vol, Le ménage était en cours et nous avons été rassurées. Pour 5 participants l L’appartement est parfait, une chambre, chacune avec une literie très confortable. Il manque un peu de lumière naturelle parce que c’est un rez-de-chaussée. Il y a deux serviettes par convives une paire de chaussons gracieusement offerte. Un dépôt de bagages est aussi à côté des appartements, bien pratique. Hi, I had a wonderful stay at the studio. It was an excellent base to explore Rome. Very walkable and access to many buses. Close to the Piazza Novona, River Tiber and lovely walk along the river to the Vatican. The studio was comfortable, very clean and had all I needed for my stay. A washing machine was a bonus. Clear instructions and information, while Manuela was a a great host. Manuela was friendly, helpful and ready to provide assistance if needed. Over all a great host and recommended accommodation. Posto delizioso, curato, essenziale, perfetto per chi desidera un soggiorno tranquillo e di relax con i propri amici a 4 zampe… La casa é recintata e dunque perfetta per lasciare i cani liberi , troverete un delizioso giardino ombreggiato da ulivi con lettini prendi sole e doccia esterna. Il patio con il tavolino esterno ci ha permesso di mangiare fuori e godere del posto. A due passi dalla casetta una stradina privata vi porterà alla spiaggia del lago, anch’essa tranquilla e perfetta per pace e relax…che dire per noi , oltre le aspettative rimarrete più che soddisfatti. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Rome, l'appartement super bien situé à proximité de la gare et du métro, proche du centre ville. Appartement bien équipé, avec une attention très particulière, des tiramisu à l'arrivée! merci Marco, super hôte et très attentif et réactif. Je recommande

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

We've just had a lovely 5 day stay here. Very convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby and of course a view of (and short walk to) St. Peter's Basilica. Carrefour near the station and smaller grocery shops if you walk towards the Basilica and turn right. Bakery and Sandwich shop right outside the building. The apartment was clean and had all amenities we could need! Most importantly, we were arriving very late at night into Rome and Davide kindly arranged a reasonable taxi to pick us up from the airport and a late check-in was no problem.
