We had a great stay! Location was quiet and walkable. Worked well for family of four with two young kids.

Hi, I had a wonderful stay at the studio. It was an excellent base to explore Rome. Very walkable and access to many buses. Close to the Piazza Novona, River Tiber and lovely walk along the river to the Vatican. The studio was comfortable, very clean and had all I needed for my stay. A washing machine was a bonus. Clear instructions and information, while Manuela was a a great host. Manuela was friendly, helpful and ready to provide assistance if needed. Over all a great host and recommended accommodation. This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

Delightful place, well-kept, essential, perfect for those who want a quiet and relaxing stay with their 4-legged friends... The house is fenced and therefore perfect for letting dogs run free. You will find a lovely garden shaded by olive trees with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The patio with the outdoor table allowed us to eat out and enjoy the place. A stone's throw from the house, a private road will take you to the lake beach, also quiet and perfect for peace and relaxation... what can we say, beyond expectations you will be more than satisfied. This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

We've just had a lovely 5 day stay here. Very convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby and of course a view of (and short walk to) St. Peter's Basilica. Carrefour near the station and smaller grocery shops if you walk towards the Basilica and turn right. Bakery and Sandwich shop right outside the building. The apartment was clean and had all amenities we could need! Most importantly, we were arriving very late at night into Rome and Davide kindly arranged a reasonable taxi to pick us up from the airport and a late check-in was no problem.
