Recommended, we agree with the previous positive comments. The house is very nice and has all the amenities. We had cold days but it looks very good for the summer.

Beautiful place, I think the photos don't do it justice, she is much nicer and Natalia was always attentive, always responding very quickly.

The house is super spacious and has all amenities. A very beautiful background with a tub of hot water in the background that gives the house a plus. The grill tree area is very usable. Martin was an excellent host. It is undoubtedly a house to take advantage of in summer or winter.

Excellent stay in Sauce de portezuelo, the beautiful spa with its paradisiacal beach, Franco a great host always attentive, the house simple, very comfortable and with everything you need to stay. We loved it, we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Ana Ines' house, the house is divine inside and out. It has everything you need to go on vacation, the kitchen is fully equipped, very well equipped for both cool and hot days, the rooms are very comfortable, as are the mattresses. The house's surroundings are magical. Ana Ines was an excellent host, super friendly. We would definitely go back another time. Thank you so much for everything. Daring

Private place, with amenities, and excellent service

Excellent apartment in a nice area, just outside Montevideo and close to the beach. Good communication with the host and the building staff were always on hand to help out too. Only minor downside was the parking garage was tiny, our car isn't large but we really struggled, nothing the host or the building staff could do though but worth bearing in mind if you have a car. Buses ran right outside the apartment regularly and we found it easier to use the bus than the car most of the time.

The stay was very good and Silvana is always attentive to answer any questions. We even missed one of the key sets and helped us figure it out. The building doormen are also all very polite and friendly. The apartment has a unique front row view to Pocitos beach. La Rambla is somewhat noisy because of the cars but keeping the windows closed you can hardly hear anything. The apartment has everything and is spacious. Silvana was also very flexible with the check-out times, which helped us a lot.

Staying at Pablo & Natalia’s place was a wonderful pleasant experience. The location is very central with many options to eat and shop . Just a few blocks from the beach .! I highly recommend to stay here .

A great place to stay. The host was very communicative and provided clear instructions on how to check in. The neighborhood is very pleasant and there are plenty of shops. restaurants and bakeries close by. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. We had a very nice 3 night stay.

I loved staying in this apartment. It is spacious, ideal for 2 people and still comfortable for 3; with a fairly private and above all safe terrace, with a barbecue, and from where you see the sunrises and work remotely. It is in a quiet area, steps from the park and the promenade, and with all kinds of places to go out and have a good time at any time of the day. I felt very comfortable, Laura is a very nice person, looking for you to spend a nice stay and if, would come back.

A friend and I stayed at this place while visiting Montevideo! Loved the area and the apartment was a perfect compliment to a great time had in the city! Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, it has everything you need to spend a few relaxing days. Pets are welcome and the property is totally fenced, with a very large property. The projector is very easy to use. The bathroom and shower work perfectly. And you can cook whatever you want in that oven! Spectacular! We pass barbarian. We will be back!

Staying in Silvana's house, it was the best decision we could make on this trip to Uruguay. If you like quiet places, surrounded by nature and close to the beach, this is the best place!! Our children were delighted, we stayed 5 days there and the rest and La Paz I felt I didn't feel it anywhere else that I stayed after. Silvana a very sweet and friendly person, always respectful and easy to communicate with her! We would have loved to stay longer. Thank you Silvana for sharing your home with us!

The house is very beautiful and is just like the photos. The setting is very nice, the house is hidden from the street and creates an atmosphere of tranquility. The owners of the house are friendly and available if you have any questions. Close to the beach, the space to be outside is very nice and cozy.

We had a great time with my family, the neighborhood is quiet and the house has everything you need to enjoy a few days in the east, we were very happy with our choice.

The ranch is spectacular. Super comfortable and with everything you need to spend a few days. Surrounded by greenery and nature. It has a deck that is wonderful to always be outdoors, even if it rains. The back stove is very enjoyable. German was always attentive and available for any questions. Nothing more to add. I'd come back for sure.
