We loved fernandos airbnb! We definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again! We had the best weekend ever. The store and restaurants downstairs are a bonus for those who have to uber everywhere. Beautiful views and a beautiful apartment overall.

I definitely recommend this apartment. Very nice, comfortable and impeccable in terms of cleanliness. Coffee is always appreciated. The view from the master bedroom is really cool. Ana is very helpful and is always in communication.

We thank Marlon for the attention and consideration given to some extraordinary requests we had. The accommodation matches the listing, the price was good considering that we went during the Pal Norte season and there is an Oxxo and restaurants in the same building, which was convenient to avoid commuting. As a tip, only consider buying if you need it, water, toilet paper and bring your towels if there are more than two people and there will be long rest times in the apartment. There are enough utensils and space to prepare food. Finally, I would like to highlight the building's security and the metro station just a few steps away

The truth is, a very pleasant stay, everything tidy and clean and all the amenities mentioned are true. The only thing we didn't like was the reception service, a little impatient and rude. But the apartment is really good and has a good location 🙌

Jair was a great host, he was very responsive and happy to give the inside scoop about local restaurants and where we could find things that we needed. We had no issues with our stay and would definitely stay again if needed!

This is my second time with this Host. I recommend this apartment because it is in a safe location. It has a key-less entry and is on the 4th floor. I use an door alarm when I travel, just in case, and always fee safe. The neighbors are students at the TEC university nearby. The apartment is a studio like a large hotel room, and it has stackable washer-dryer combo. The kitchen and cooking items allow you to make a breakfast or dinner. "Comidas Pronto" is half a block from the apartment for very large and inexpensive lunches. There is plenty of food, drinks, places to exercise, or even make friends with locals. Monterrey is a wonderful city, 3 hours from McAllen, Texas, and deserves much more tourism. Stay in this apartment, eat delicious Mexican food, visit MTY, enjoy the warm weather, and meet friendly locals.
