Beautiful house with home from home comforts in a lovely well kept residential area. Lots to keep us entertained… hot tub, pool, arcade games, darts, swing ball and lots of board games, which brought back childhood memories… hadn’t seen some of the games in years! And also some newer games which we hadn’t seen before. Everything was in the house as we were expecting. We were very lucky with the weather, so spent lots of time exploring local areas too. Lytham and Lytham St Anne’s are lovely… not as busy as Blackpool. Son and daughter explored Blackpool and Blackpool zoo. Model village near the zoo is worth a visit too. All are about 15-20 minutes drive. The Grapes in Wrea (about 5 mins from the house) does lovely bar food and welcomes dogs… treats, bowls and water provided.

Perfect break set in a private location. Stunning cottage had everything ypu need and more to make you feel right at home. Love the hot tub especially after a long walk. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch which also had some doggy treats too. 100% would love to return, we had an amazing time. Thanks for having us.

This place is gorgeous and very well kept up to date, the hot tub is great and really the kitchen fantastic and well laid out. Very happy.

Mike and Pamela were fantastic, very helpful and responsive. the house was huge! so much space and really well equipped. games for the kids, hot tub, lots of cutlery and crockery, plenty of pillows and towels. everywhere felt clean too. location was good, we didn't walk far as dad walks with a stick and brother on crutches! but you could have easily. plenty of retail parks nearby and the marine lake was a lovely walk. would absolutely recommend!

Geoff was a wonderful and very responsive host, the home was beautiful and exactly as advertised, everything was clean and tidy and it was overall a very cozy, romantic vibe. Couldn’t ask for any more, would deffo come back!

A lovely weekend stay, amazing communication and within walking distance of lots of lovely pubs/restaurants/parks. The house was clean, comfortable beds & had all the amenities listed. Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful lodge in stunning surroundings. Came as a family of four and enjoyed the hot tub, the local walks and the local pubs. The lodge is spotless, the hosts are really responsive and very friendly. Extra touches like the robes and milk and bread were appreciated. Couldn't find fault.

Great birthday night stay at everything retreat, if you’re looking for a romantic break this place is perfect!

We had a lovely time! He kept us up to date with check in and allowed us to check in at 11:00am which was very kind! He thoroughly gave us a tour of the Lakeland Leisure Village and Lodge whilst also providing recommendations of places to eat and things to do. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be recommending to others and hopefully staying again at some point in the future.

wow what a place! the lodge was fantastic, great peaceful location and private too. the lodge was clean, large and felt right at home. jason also put up balloons for our anniversary, alongside a goodie box, was such a nice touch. the surroundings were gorgeous with a hot tub to top it off. can’t recommend highly enough. will definitely be back! thankyou!!! Absolutely amazing stay could not recommend enough! Hosts were fantastic and very friendly. The perfect place to relax and unwind. The scenery is absolutely beautiful and the river which is just a short walk away from where you're staying is 100% worth the visit. Youll not be disappointed. We will most definitely be coming back!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in the lodge. Modern, well equipped and with a fabulous hot tub, the location is amazing. Peaceful and scenic but only minutes from great local amenities.

My Husband and I only stayed one night, but it was perfect for what we needed. We did end up needing more wood for the hot tub before it finally got to the right temperature and it was a wonderful experience after that. Beautiful and clean pod will all the basic essentials. Bathroom a lot bigger than anticipated. Won’t be our last time here for sure. Local coop just 5 min drive. Thank you Thomas.
