We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s.House was beautifully set out and nice and close to Ettalong so you could walk if you wanted to, and the beach only a short walk away. House felt cosy and welcoming and I liked that we had access to a garage as well to park the car.Laura was great to communicate with.She answered any questions promptly. Checkin and checkout was simple and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

It was such a pleasure to stay at Bryan’s villa, we get to enjoy the sunbath each day at the private beach, the water is extremely clear and beautiful. Water taxi just one call away very convenient if we need groceries. The villa is clean with all basic supplies we needed. We had an amazing chillax stay to cleanse our year end stress. Bryan is very responsive and had kindly provided very detailed information to help our check in and stay much smoother, a lot less stressful!

Andrew really was a super host - warm , welcoming and very helpful. The place was way better than it looked in the photos ( even though the photos were fine!) It was so quiet, clean , comfortable and modern. Comfy beds, air con, smart TV, wifi , full kitchen etc and most important for us , close to Shark Park for the football !We will be back !

This is the second time I’ve stayed and it was fabulous. DiMarco is very responsive to any questions and is close by to pop around and sort out any issues which is fantastic. It is very quiet and a short drive to great cafes and restaurants. I love being able to have my dog with me and it’s an easy walk to the bay nearby which is dog friendly. Or a short drive to the dog friendly off leash beach at Ettalong. The cafes and shops are also dog friendly. The Palm Beach ferry is also close by if you want a day trip. I’ll definitely be back.

Patti's place was lovely. It's at the back of the main house but completely private with its own entrance. North Av beach is 300 metres walk away and the rest of Avalon is super close by. The accomodation is lovely and clean and well set out. The outdoor area is lovely and sets such a relaxing vibe. We loved our stay and everything the area had to offer.

Very well equipped little modern villa. Close to the city ,quite street. If we coming back to Sydney, will definitely return this place.

We had a lovely stay over Easter. We loved the beach outlook and all the amenities available. Beautiful bathrooms, awesomely equipped kitchen and such great proximity to the grocery store. Board games and books, beach umbrella and towels, and a comfy couch with a gorgeous view. Amber was very responsive and helpful. We would love to come back!

We had a lovely stay in Umina. The place was perfect for my parents to come and stay with us to look after our baby so my husband and I could attend a wedding near by. The villa was well laid out and had everything we needed a more. It was the little touches that made the difference. Highly recommend for anyone who needs somewhere to stay that is central to Umina and surrounds.

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

Alan’s place was lovely. Our family booked and the number of beds were so convenient as well as the fold out sofa bed. Great start and would book again for sure! Highly recommend 😊

A fantastic staycation for our team. Loved our morning walks around the area, grabbing coffee down by the water, enjoying afternoon drinks on the balcony and cooking in the kitchen. St Siandra is a short 15 min walk and highly recommended for a lovely long lunch (simply walk up the road to upper spit road and take the righthand track at the end of the road down to the road where it's an easy walk down to the spit). Whilst the garage is on the main road there are large breaks in traffic. We loved our time here.

Our stay was wonderful! The place had everything we needed – well-equipped with everyday essentials and a beautiful, pleasant scent throughout. The two dishwashers and large double door fridge were perfect for our large group. We also loved how close it was to the beach, just a short walk away. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The stay was quite lovely but since we were a home cook renter it would have been better if all the cookware were cleaned thoroughly upon our arrival. And, since we cooked a lot- instructions on how to stop the stove vent would have been nice. There was a bit of stench in the master bathroom - smelled of fish- but not sure what was from. Great space and super location- wonderful holiday

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can watch sunrise over the ocean in bed :) The house was so comfortable and stylish, lots of art deco character. We would 100% stay again!

We stayed at Nicola’s place for five nights and we had the best time. The area is so peaceful and beautiful and it was the absolute best kitted out Airbnb. Everything we could have wanted was provided. We made use of all the beach gear everyday - snorkels, paddle boards, fishing rods you name it! It was also easy to feed 9 of us as the kitchen and bbq area was so well set up. It was also terrific for the kids as there were so many games and activities for them to do thanks to Nicole and David. We will definitely be back and recommending this gem to our friends and family.

Our stay was fantastic! The place was very clean and the location and the view were both amazing. The hosts were top-notch with their communication and were very accommodating, making our experience hassle-free. Hopefully we can stay again in the future but highly recommend this property.

Bruno was the best host we’ve ever had (and we stay in AirBnBs a lot!). Bruno and his wonderful family went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas stay was special. We loved the spacious home with incredible views of Garigal National Park. The location is perfect to do all the things Sydney has to offer. It’s an easy 20 minute drive to Manly where you can ferry to basically anywhere. We even made a day trip to the Blue Mountains, which was so enjoyable. There are walkable shops and restaurants. It’s beautiful and hilly, so it’s also a nice little exercise too! It’s close to some beautiful hikes as well. We comfortably slept 11 adults and an infant. The house is very big, and we used the perfect temperature pool every single day. We loved the place and are already talking about coming back! Thanks Bruno and family for being so fabulous!

We had an amazing weekend at Dadirri Retreat. Simon was a fantastic host, very accomodating and responsive. The house is absolutely gorgeous wth three separate pavilions, one with the kitchen and lounge/dining areas with spectacular views, one which is a master suite with an amazing huge bathtub looking out over the trees, and the third is adjacent to the pool, with a bedroom, large bathroom and the sauna, by far the best sauna I have seen in an Airbnb. Although the weather was patchy, time in the sauna followed by a dip in the mineral pool was a lovely way to spend the day in total quiet and privacy. There are lots of great outdoor spots for relaxing and the kitchen is very well equipped including a new Nespresso machine. The beds were super comfortable with high quality bedding, fluffy robes and Leif products in the shower. Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway, we will be back. Thanks Simon!
