Vacation rentals with a patio in City of Leeds

The studio was spotlessly clean and in a great location with Boston Spa high street just a few minutes walk away. As people have pointed out, it gets very hot in the main space when the sun is out as it was for our visit. However the bedroom is shaded and therefore cooler, so sleeping wasn’t an issue. The only niggle was the lack of a toaster which would have been welcome to toast the bread which was part of the otherwise delicious breakfast. However this was a minor point and the studio was otherwise a very comfortable place to stay.

Loved the place. Peaceful surroundings. Quiet. Close to Hebden Bridge. Louise was a wonderfully helpful host. Can really recommend to stay in this location.

Poppy’s place is a great place to stay if visiting York. Hickory’s restaurant just 16 mins walk away and FootGolf over the road. Good use of space would highly recommend! If it’s forecast high 20’s low 30’s I would bring a fan with you as it gets very warm through the evening. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay in the future.

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

Sheila and Pete were great hosts really friendly and welcoming and nothing too much trouble. The accommodation was faultless very homely and literally a 5 minute walk from the station. We were able to leave our possessions earlier than the checkin time which was fantastic as otherwise would’ve been lugging them about all day. They left us a lovely welcoming card and some gorgeous fresh scones with all the trimmings . Will definitely be booking to stay again. We had a lovely 1 night stay at the Ebor Suite and wished it was for longer. Beautiful decor and everything you need for a short stay. Great detailed instruction for check in. Close to a co-op if you need a few supplies and plenty of restaurants and takeaways. We would certainly return and would recommend to others.

A beautifully appointed, stylish downstairs flat with exceptionally tasteful decor and fittings all to a very high standard. A luxurious kitchen with everything provided including complimentary teas and coffee as well as milk in the fridge which was very much appreciated and a good range of quality kitchen appliances and crockery. Excellent host who communicated perfectly and provided clear instructions about the facilities available. We definitely have this on our list for a return visit sometime and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Helen was an excellent host. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Harrogate. The house was spotless and very well equipped. 100% will stay again.

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Tracy was really good at responding and nothing too much trouble. She had left some bits for us as we were late checking in which we had notified in advance. Great place to be. Thank you.

Nice, clean and tidy! All amenities were provided and very comfortable beds! We stayed for a show in Temple Newsam and this place was in an ideal location!

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. Check in was easy and the welcome instructions were very clear and helpful. They also had some lovely local recommendations for walks and places to visit. the cottage was beautiful furnished, clean and cosy. We will happily stay again!

Gorgeous cottage, clean, very well equipped and lovely touches with the welcome box left for us. Bed very comfortable and lovely new kitchen too. The garden was very welcoming too and beautifully kept. We very much hope to stay again.

Stunning house. We had a brilliant time, everything worked perfectly and the house was so beautiful it was a conversation piece.

We had a great weekend at Amy's home, the view is stunning, as is the house, with a great open plan space, perfect for friends to get away. There is everything you might possibly need in the kitchen which is well laid out. The beds are very comfy, it was quite difficult to get out of them on Sunday morning to be out by 10 😀. Amy was very helpful when we had an issue with the showers. Great stay and highly recommended.

Very pleased and surprised how nice the house was as still quite new to Airbnb. Very thoughtful complimentary items including milk & some breakfast items that I had forgot to bring with me.

Great location for York city centre, took about 10-15 mins easy flat walk, lots of free on street parking so no car park to pay for, the accommodation was easy to check in and clean and tidy. Jonathan was a great host and kept us informed on what to do when checking in etc We only stayed a night but I would’ve happily stayed another night or two and the price was very reasonable all in all I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want to visit this beautiful city.

Sule provided us with tonnes of information, with places to see and things to do. Check in was easy. The location is perfect and the walk along the river into town was wonderful. The flat was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. We'll definitely go back next year. 😊

We had a fantastic 4 day visit to the beautiful city of York based on Jenny's well located listing. Very rare spot at the center of it all, with large, excellent, Marks and Spencer grocers right out the front door. All the excitement of adjacent narrow passage ways through the Shambles. One of the best parts of being so close was the easy ability to wander through in the morning hours, before the other many tourists visiting York begin to crowd in. Comfortable flat, super-friendly and communicative host.

Perfect location for a couple of nights in Harrogate. Wonderful apartment, very tastefully done. Rachael was very responsive and gave plenty of clear instructions. Couldn’t fault it!

Outstanding! For two travellers Eleanor's quiet haven in York is a gem. Location is ideal being easy walking to/from the hubbub of central York with an elegant setting in leafy quiet retreat after our busy days within the city walls. Furnished tastefully with a period feel, though modern in layout and fit out. Attention to detail with everything awaiting our stay was exceptional.

Chris was the best host ever. He remained in contact throughout our stay, and checked we were okay with everything. He gave us plenty of recommendations for food, drink, places to go and things to do. The accommodation was 300m to the lower part of the town, and close to public footpaths and the river Nidd. The accommodation is small, but it’s top class.

As always, a great place to stay.
