Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River. Simply perfect!

Our one-bedroom cottage sits in the middle of over 25 acres of the beautiful Florida Nature Coast. Even though we are secluded, we have all the comforts of home, from indoor plumbing and hot water to AC and Wi-Fi. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your streaming accounts and relax night away after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

The Hernando Lake House

Relax our Lake House. The water touches the back yard and the lake is loaded with Bass and many other fish. Relax in the living room falling asleep for afternoon naps while gazing at the serenity of the water. The house is quiet and set up for some nice long weekends. The Gulf of Mexico is just 14 miles to Crystal River which has a nice local beach. Scalloping and Manatee watching and much more to do in Citrus county. Orlando and Disney are just a little over an hours drive.

This house is located off the beaten path on a small waterfront lot surrounded by wooded areas giving it a secluded feeling. It is a 10-minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Two kayaks and a canoe are available for guests to explore the Hernando Lake chain right from the backyard. Turner Camp Boat Ramp is also close by providing access to the Withlacoochee River. This is a great place to relax and enjoy nature or be active exploring the areas attractions.

1950's Florida cottage. This location is centrally located between Homosassa and Crystal River and is a convenient drive to visit Three Sister's Springs in Crystal River or enjoy dining or boating along the Homosassa River. This studio home offers one queen size bed, a pull-out sofa, and small kitchenette (Park Grill in backyard). The pull-out sofa would be comfortable for 1 adult or 2 children.
