Excellent séjour chez Raouf ! Vous dormirez dans une chambre troglodyte à Douiret, un magnifique ksar creusé dans la montagne ! Le dîner est très bon et copieux. Pas d'alcool. Douches et toilettes communes mais franchement, ça vaut largement le coup. L'expérience est fantastique !

The place is great, with beautiful surroundings. The restaurant and staff are also great. But I would recommend booking directly with Trogl'Auberge chez Bechir. Nazir is NOT the host and had not told Bechir that we were arriving. He also did not give us check in instructions until after we arrived at the GPS location, 8 km from the actual location (he blames Airbnb for this, but there's no excuse for him leaving the location wrong or at least mentioning that in the check in instructions. Thankfully, we figured out where to go, since Nazir had not responded to our message at noon until 6 hours later (he said we should have contacted him the day before). So, the place is great but avoid booking through Nazir if possible

from service: personal approach, attempts to become friends. regarding the space: bigger than expected, simple but decent furniture for unbeatable price, clean, the service is used to western guests, though focusing on the local. WiFi functions great in the café, in the room limited Access. taxi and Medina at the doorstep, currency exchange in-house.

The house is an authentic Berber house that has been renewed to accomodate guests. The host is a very kind person who has a large culture and loves talking about the local culture. The surroundings are extremely peaceful and breath-taking. You must go there

C'est le papa d'Amina qui nous a accueilli. Avec un grand sourire et une profonde et sincère gentillesse. Il nous apportait le petit déjeuner le matin, avec une fleur sur le plateau qu'il venait de cueillir en chemin. Dans cette maison, qui est apparemment celle de son enfance, on y ressent toute la joie qu'ils ont dû vivre. Si un jour, nous retournons à Tataouine, nous serons très heureux d'y séjourner à nouveau.
