Nice & comfy place. Communicative owner, easy to find location. the room is clean, the whole is not too big, standard. there is a balcony equipped with chairs and tables overlooking the toll road but it's not noisy. the atmosphere is also quiet, comfortable to rest. complete amenities. close to Aeon and ICE within walking distance. overall pleasant and recommended 👍🏽🫠

One of the best place I'd visit around BSD. AEON just in front of the lobby, easy access to the swimming pool and gym. Best part is the unit feels like home. Very clean, structured, and great amenities. Definitely will visit again. Thank you so much for your hospitality🙏

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

My family was happy. Linen was clean and fragrant👍👍. All AC working very good👍. Need owner attention: when check in dining table was very sticky not properly clean, Soap and Shampoo about to finish so very hard to pump😔, No toilet tissue at all😵, Token listrik nyala terus krn ada kerusakan dr pihak PLN? tp suara token sgt mengganggu🥲 Overall our stay were pleasant. We'll be back for sure. Thank you🙏

Utensils are very complete, right next to the aeon mall so you can cook for yourself. The rooms and furniture are also luxurious and clean.

Perfect Family Getaway! Our family had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's apartment. From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I had a lovely stay at this place! The space is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for photos — lots of natural light and stylish interiors that feel cozy and welcoming. It’s also in a very walkable area, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes just minutes away. One small issue: the bathtub didn’t fill up properly, as the water kept draining. Might need a quick fix. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

Recommended place for staycation with friends! 💖 (suitable for 3 people). We book the unit including suddenly, but the host is fortunately communicative & very fast response so the booking process is also fast ✨ The check-in instructions by Susan were also smooth without a hitch. The instructions were clear and detail. We request for early check-in & late check-out is also allowed 🥺 There is free access to the pool & gym on the 1st floor. There are also minimarkets, laundry & coffee shops right near the lobby. Need to shop for more complete snacks/ingredients? There is also Indomaret in different towers. Cooking utensils are quite complete/simple cooking. There is also a mini rice cooker, electric stove, electric teapot, microwave! Toiletries are also provided with towels, body wash & shampoo. There is also a water heater, hairdryer & iron. Comfortable beds +there is a smart tv so you can movie marathon all day ✨ Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Sis Susan's Unit ❤️ Will definitely come back for another staycay 😆

Had a great stay at the apartment. I booked it last minute due to another hotel cancellation. Revy quickly messaged me once I booked the place, and she gave me clear instructions on how to get access and also kept me posted on the progress,s given it was a last-minute booking. Easy to communicate and fast response. The place was homey, clean, had good surroundings. The internet was stable, complete amenities, and very private at the same time.
