Stayed in this property for Eid holiday with family (6 adults and 1 kid), the property was really clean, the pool was pristine. location is good only like 3 mins to Taman Budaya (with lots of resto option), and around 10mins to Aeon mall, nearby the villa is also minimarket. The kitchen equipment is quite complete if you plan to cook during your stay, but maybe the host needs to change the sponge for washing dishes and some pans (cz they are not really in good condition anymore). But overall we had good time to staying in Dave’s property

I visited this place for a family vacation, and it was absolutely amazing! We loved the aesthetic, and the furniture had a fresh, Mediterranean vibe throughout the house. Every area was spotless, smelled wonderful, and was super comfy. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the host even gave us a cake to take home! Such a lovely touch, and we’ll definitely consider coming back for another stay ❤️

The villa is easily reached from jakarta, the place is cozy as shown in the picture, the staff in the house is helpfull to cater our needs, we really enjoy our time at the villa

Villa/rumahnya luas dan terdapat peralatan untuk menunjang keseharian yang lengkap. Villa/rumahnya berada di lokasi yang strategis, tidak terlalu ramai tidak terlalu sepi, cocok untuk mendapatkan kenyamanan dan ketenangan. Bagian dalam villa/rumah terasa sejuk meski tanpa pendingin ruangan karena adanya ventilasi yang bagus. Kamar tidur luas, nyaman, dan memenuhi standard. Kamar mandinya juga bersih dan nyaman ditambah dengan adanya water heater. Bagian teras dan halaman belakang cocok digunakan untuk berkumpul bersama teman-teman atau keluarga. Disediakan juga alat masak dan alat makan yang lengkap yang menambah kepuasan pengunjung.

Nyaman banget staycation disini. mulai dari waktu check in yang flexible. rumah sangat rapi. amenities sesuai dengan jumlah guest, handuk, peralatan mandi, peralatan makan, peralatan masak, selimut tidak ada yang kurang. suasana rumah juga sangat tenang, banyak kucing peliharaan tetangga yang bersih dan sopan2. pagi hari sangat dekat kalau mau berkunjung ke Kuntum Field Nurseries, cocok banget buat para bocah dan toddler untuk mengenal hewan peliharaan disekitar kita. parkir sangat aman, karena satu area dengan Kuntum Field tadi, kita dikasih free parking voucher untuk keluar masuk kendaraan. AC semua berfungsi. ada ruangan musholla untuk sholat berjamaah. Netflix dan semacamnya juga lancar. Wifi gacoooorrrrr. bu Yanti sangat membantu. sehat dan sukses terus untuk Host.

The property owner was extremely helpful when I encountered an issue during checkout. He was very proactive in assisting me to ensure I received the booking exactly as I wanted. I arrived earlier than the provided check-in time, but the property owner was happy to accommodate my early arrival, allowing me to avoid waiting outside for the check-in time. The property I rented was very peaceful and beautiful, allowing me to rest comfortably. I came with my family, including three young children, and they were delighted playing here because of the spacious yard and the refreshing swimming pool, which, although not large, was very pleasant due to its direct spring water source. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting in the living room and kitchen areas as both were very spacious. Specifically, the kitchen area was well-equipped, enabling me to cook my own meals. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at this property and will definitely return in the future. Cheers

Never booked a place so fast as soon as I saw this place! 4XXL bed(rooms), 3 aircons, water heater, spacey family room, this place is def a steal! And also with youtube&netflix?! This place is not real. If only this place have a pool, then it will be 1000/10! Sekoteng, cilok, bakso lewat2, warung banyak, ga ad nyamuk. A-ma-zing! Housekeeper also very responsive and kind. Very lucky to find this listing, walau pulangnya terjebak macet 10 jam :) Will come back! Thankyou!

The facilities are very complete, clean, and everything you might need is available, which made the stay super convenient and comfortable. The host also gave clear and helpful instructions before check-in, which I appreciated. A few minor notes for future guests: 🛣 Tip — It’s better to follow the main paved roads instead of the alternative routes suggested by maps. The alternatives can be quite steep, narrow, and winding. The main road is much safer and more accessible. 💬 Suggestion — It would be great if the admin or host could be a bit warmer and more welcoming when responding via WA. All in all, this place is highly recommended! Super clean, fully equipped, and the atmosphere is spot on. A place I’d come back to!

This is a new and very nice cluster. It was very quiet and all the neighbors were friendly. The pool is very nice and the area is nice for morning walks. The cluster is a little far from stores and restaurants but is still a very nice area.

The villa was great, clean, and spacious. Very recommend for family with children

villa yg sangat aesthetic, nyaman, bagus untuk foto foto, sangat bersih, fasilitas lengkapp, sesuaii dengan foto dan deskripsi, pokoknya mantapp dan the best pelayanannyaa, kalo ada waktu dan rezeki bakal balik lagii!!!!

Villa bahenol memiliki fasilitas yg sangat lengkap. Semua ruangan luas dan memiliki interior bagus, juga kebersihannya yg terjaga. Di kamar mandi terdapat air panas. Dapurnya juga luas dengan alat memasak yg lengkap. Ada penjaga rumah yg standby disamping Villa. Pemandangan divila ini juga sangat indah sekali, langsung bisa melihat jajaran gunung dari balkon dan kolam renang, sangat indah terutama saat sunrise ditambah dengan udara yg sejuk saat pagi hari. Cocok sekali untuk liburan bersama keluarga besar dan anak anak. Ada area playground, api unggun, dan lapangan hijau utk bermain bola. Kolam renangnya juga panjang dan agak dalam, puas sekali berenang dengan org yg banyak tetapi tidak sempit. Kekurangannya hanya di air kolamnya yg dingin sekali dan tidak ada Amenitis, jadi harus membawa perlengkapan alat mandi dan handuk sendiri.
