In the center of the village Pont en Royans, you will find all amenities as well as access to swimming in the Bourne within a few meters. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic you will find the Presles climbing site a few km away, the Villard de lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course.

Completely renovated, it is located in an old building that faces the mountain, overlooking a small park bordered by the Bourne River.

Charming 45 m2 cottage being renovated, comfortable, in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little bit).
