The Living Room has a Sleeper Sofa, Wood Stove, Smart TV, board games and books. The kitchen is fully equipped. A loft bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed. The cabin has an outdoor firepit and charcoal grill. The cabin is located 5 miles from the Town of Franklin in the midst of many outdoor activities. Winter months 4 wheel drive/chains required.

potomac overlook log cabin at Smoke hole with wifi

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

The house is 20 minutes West of Harrisonburg VA and JMU.
