The Villa consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a living room with sofa bed, a wooden kitchen, a bathroom and an outdoor garden with wooden porch, where you will find a corner with lounge chairs and sofas to immerse yourself in complete relaxation. Indoor parking for two cars, shower and outdoor laundry. Services such as restaurant, supermarket, butcher shop, fruit shop, etc... are all reachable on foot, about 200 meters. Through the beach you can easily reach the campsite that is only 100 meters away, where you will find animation and music for the whole family. The wide beach will guarantee you privacy and tranquility in the beautiful crystal clear waters of Circeo. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
