Apartment vacation rentals in Ciputat

Farah was friendly and communicative. She responded to our conversation quickly and very much accommodating to our changes. The house was superb and located on a nice location. The bathtub was very much enjoyable after a long day under the sun.

Great stay, spacious unit, surrounding areas perfect, especially access to botanical garden. But wifi connection was slow and cleanliness can be improved. Overall we love to stay here =)

Gabriel’s place is so clean I felt bad walking in with my shoes on — like, are we in a hotel or a museum? It’s also ridiculously quiet. I could probably hear my thoughts arguing with each other. Perfect if you need some serious chill time. But don’t worry, it’s not in the middle of nowhere — food is everywhere, and the holy grail: Pasar Santa is just around the corner. 10/10 would stay again (and maybe never leave)!

Laundry service

Amazing place to stay, very strategic location if you commute around south Jakarta area. Not too far away from MRT station. You can have a morning walk/run safely around the neighborhood. This is an old unit but very well maintained, very comfortable for the four of us. If you bring your car there are plenty of parking space, but make sure the host register your car to the building management before your arrival for free parking membership. Carlina is sometimes slow to respond, but at the end we sort things up well. Thank you Carlina!

I came here for a family vacation and it turned out that everyone really liked the place, the AC worked well, the water was smooth, the place was clean and tidy. The place was very comfortable and the apartment facilities were complete and it also felt shady because it was surrounded by many trees. I will stay here again when I go to Jakarta. Thank you Siska for always fast respond when I ask something, you’re very helpful.

Overall was excellent stay. The only thing that dissapointing was the staff & security in the pool area. We tried to take family photo shoots in the pool area, but they didn't allow us to enter.

Kak radinda sangat komunikatif dan membantu, unit nya bersih dan nyaman, ac nya juga sangat dingin, terdapat kulkas dan kitchen set lengkap dan pemandangan dari unit sangat bagus terlebih saat malam dan sunrise

I stayed for a month and really enjoyed it. The bed was super comfy, and I liked how bright the place gets in the morning. The big window was great too, nice view of the neighborhood and its beautiful houses, especially while working. I also loved having an Indomaret right inside the building, super convenient, and the spacious, bright lobby was a great spot to work from. Deyna was such a kind, helpful, and friendly host. I also tried her recommendations: loved the bebek meal (ordered twice) and the florist (also ordered twice). Having fresh flowers made the space feel even nicer. Would definitely stay again! For longer stays, just a heads up that parking in the building is paid by the hour. The cost can add up, so it is something to factor into the budget.

Toller Aufenthalt mit spektakulärem Blick auf Jakarta! Es war alles sehr sauber und gut organisiert. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und waren immer sehr gut und sofort erreichbar. Gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Sehr zu empfehlen 😊

pemandangan kamar ini sangat luar biasa indah, tempatnya sangat nyaman seperti second home.. semua fasilitas sangat lengkap dan akses apartemen ini sangat mudah. lokasi sangat strategis karena dekat sekali dengan stasiun dan halte transjakarta🙏🏻

It was a nice! I booked it for my crews during event in Omotesando, the place is clean and neat, it can occupy up to 5 Adults! it has a huge bathroom and odor free. ACs are cool, TV provided with netflix so i didn't have to use my own account. 5 mins drive to fresh market Bintaro (i think it's about 10 mins walk?) and probably about 10-15 mins drive to Bxchange, PIM, RSPI, etc. I deeply apologize to the host for forgetting to clean up the place and take out the trash. My crews checked out the property completely trashed, but the host was really nice, gave me a warning and was cool about it. Once again, i'm really sorry. Overall the place is nice and clean, the Host is super nice, the location is superb, Thank you!

Great location next to shopping Mall for food etc. Grab for site seeing. Beautiful spotless apartment with everything you need and more. We had a lovely stay and would recommend
