1. Nice access to the beach. The beach is quite clean and relatively not as crowded as the ones in Anyer, or even other nearby Carita beaches. 2. Outstanding view from the balcony, the sound of the ocean is just relaxing. 3. Since it is located on the third floor, we won't be bothered by the local peddlers trying to offer us things. Which means, more privacy and way safer. 4. The place is clean and more maintained than others in Kondominium Lippo Carita. 5. Value for money, compared to others in Kondominium Lippo Carita. feels like home, worth the money it is walkable to the supermarket, shopping center, cinema, street food center. It's super easy to find food in the area. bunch of convenience stores as well there is no washing machine but you can easily find laundry service nearby at a cheap price (mine was Rp.25,000 for washing + drying) the place was clean, Putri even provided a cleaning service when I stayed at her place for long period. overall it was a great experience to find a place to stay in the area. will definitely come back to Putri's place if I go back to Tangerang someday. thank you for hosting me

Very spacious since it is actually 3 units combined. The actual condition is the same with the pictures. The helper, Pak Jaki is very responsive. Please note that this place is on third floor (2 level after ground).

The place is as described and very clean and quiet. The location is also very strategic close to the krakatau industrial area. Highly recommended for business people visiting cilegon.

villa recommended. clean. near the beach, walking only 5 minutes. can rent to bike around. there is a restaurant. want to go to another beach not far by motor vehicle.
