The place is very cozy and restful, with a great view of natural surroundings and the mountains! The host couple were very friendly and proactively helpful, ready to lend a hand even with lighting up the grill! We are planning to come back in the summer time, to enjoy the place and the lush greenery of the surroundings. It is also a picturesque place for the winter season, not far from the slopes! Imaginez un Noël dans un chalet dans un village Roumain à 1300m d’altitude avec toute votre famille les yeux éblouis de paysages merveilleux recouvert d’1 mètre de neige. C’est ce que nous venons de vivre 😍 Et tout ça fut possible grâce à Severina qui nous a accueilli dans son chalet avec nos 2 heures de retard. Un splendide sapin de Noël, un bon feu de cheminée, un excellent gâteau aux noix et sa très grande gentillesse. Je n’oublie pas sa prévoyance pour la bouteille de gaz le soir du réveillon pour nos crêpes (merci à ce petit magasin qui nous a permis de nous ravitailler pendant nos 2 jours bloqués sous la neige), et surtout merci pour ses mots rassurants quand aux conditions de déplacements sur les routes et à ses supers voisins qui nous ont aidés et rassurés sur les conditions climatiques. Het huisje was ideaal gelegen om vandaar uit de dorpen te verkennen in de buurt. Cisnadie en Cisnadiora liggen op een kwartier rijden. Elena was zeer gastvrij en we konden altijd bij haar terecht als we iets nodig hadden. We spraken dan wel geen Italiaans of Roemeens. Dat vormde geen probleem. We begrepen elkaar. Naast het huis is er een kleine supermarkt waar alles wat je nodig hebt te verkrijgen is. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Sadu bij Elena en Franco. Een aanrader.

We had a really nice stay, in a quiet place. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, surrounded by a huge garden. Perfect house for spending time with friends or family, with lots to do indoor or outdoor to keep you entertained. Mihnea was very nice and helpful. Would like to return anytime soon :)

We had a lovely stay over Christmas. Catalin decorated the cabin for us with a festive touch, lights, a tree, chocolates. We were lucky to have snow, and together with the fireplace it was such a perfect atmosphere. The communication was easy, helpful and quick. We were provided with all that was needed for a cozy and comfortable stay. Thank you!

The cottage is a dream! You're in the middle of nature by a river. The interior is so spacious and with the big windows you really feel very close to wilderness. We had an amazing, relaxing experience.

Eine fantastische Unterkunft! Das Haus ist wunderschön, hat eine tolle Aussicht und ist perfekt, um die Ruhe zu genießen. Hinter dem Haus kann man tolle Wanderungen machen! Marian ist sehr nett und flexibel. Ein Traum von einer Unterkunft, wir waren schon zum dritten Mal da und kommen garantiert wieder! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super!!!

The place was amazing! Situated in an old village with beautiful view it is a perfect getaway for a family of 4, or as in our case, a family of 3 and grandparents. We only planned for a night to go visit the nearby attractions for kids on our way to Sibiu, but would have liked to stay one more night. Very spacious, modern, very clean and comfortable! AC in every room is a plus! Outside there is a nice yard for barbecue that we didn’t use but used the table for breakfast. There is also a small place just for the little ones! Overall the place was beyond expectations!
