Somewhere on the border of Mazovia and Kurpie, in a pine grove, we have prepared two cozy cottages for you in the middle of an open space surrounded by forest. Inside you will find everything you need to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the Sleepy cottage you will find 4 sleeping places, a sofa for reading books in front of the fireplace, a kitchenette and an equipped kitchen. There is also a small bedroom on the ground floor, and on the mezzanine there is a second bed and a reading corner with a view of the horizon.

A beautiful roomy studio in the Old Town This studio is in a pleasant neighborhood with pubs and restaurants nearby, and only 150 meters to the Royal Route. Fully renovated in 2013, our studio comfortably accommodates up to 2-4 travelers (one king size double bed and additional pull-out sofa). Fully equipped kitchen ncluding coffee machine, teakettle, and utensils for basic cooking. We also provide maps, guidebooks and other materials to help you get your bearings in Warsaw. If you prefer to spend your time less actively, Leonówka offers guests peace in a hammock, which disturbs the croaking of frogs. For lovers of relaxation, we offer a wood-fired Jacuzzi and sauna. After such relaxation, you can sit by the atmospheric fireplace.
