All expectations were met: very good apartment, it has everything you need! Can't even talk about the view… It's worth a lot to stay and stay so close to the beach, being able to feel the sea breeze, looking at this amazing view all the time! It's too much! Power to hear the noise of the sea was also sensational… I love it! I felt with my foot in the sand even in the moments when I was in the apartment. It is a really suuuper airy space, at no time did I feel the need for air conditioning (I had this question). You have that fresh beach wind, both day and night. Just leave windows/glass open! It is a place that I will definitely return, and I will refer to my friends and family. The experience was wonderful! It is worth putting here for those reading that the beds are very comfortable (this counts a lot for me, having a good rest). Anyway, everything great. Vivian is very friendly and helpful. I was a few days old and worth too much!

Wonderful stay, super cozy apartment in the photo is already beautiful but in person it is even more so. I went with my family and we loved if we felt at home. Guilherme and his father were very attentive and friendly.

The space is great. Near downtown, markets, pharmacies and shops. Full kitchen, bedrooms with good bed and pillows, extremely clean bathrooms, we'll be back for sure

The carnival holiday 2025 was perfect in this accommodation, apartment seems to have been recently renovated, only 2 flights of stairs, has parking, we find everything clean and organized. The sea view is indescribable, and the apartment well aired by the sea breeze. Laundry machine, rangers, rackets to play on the beach. Anyway complete and very nice apartment, with several nearby markets, and close to the center, we also feel no need to use the car. Already our reference in Tramandaí and if we can we will be back for sure!

The place is exactly as described, we feel at home. Claudia helped us with every corner of the house, and away too. We hope to return soon.

Very nice and very beautiful place, impeccable apartment, next to the sea near the center and the main squares,Laís was very attentive and was ready for what she needed. Very comfortable the apartment and our stay was wonderful we only have to thank all hospitality. We want to come back for sure.

Wonderful days, Mrs. Julia and her husband many considerate and kind. Dona Júlia always in readiness for our needs. Super-equipped house, spacious and cozy, had everything as in the listing and more, a wonderful pool. We felt at home. Quiet place very close to the sea, at night we slept with the sound of the sea. We certainly had wonderful days of rest. We will return as soon as possible.

We loved the stay, everything as described and clean. Excellent condominium for those who want comfort and tranquility, especially with children. Several amenities such as the beach are just across the dunes, heated pool, indoor market, food truck on the weekend, among others. In addition to Onorina's good service, we will certainly return soon.

Alexandra and Maicon are two very kind, warm and friendly people who were always available and attentive to solve any need that arose. The house was fully equipped with touches in every corner, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, and in each bathroom there was a special liquid soap. The experience was very pleasant for everyone, the house is located close to a very nice and quiet spa. The center is not far away and you can go anywhere by Uber. In short, a great place to spend beautiful moments :)

Great accommodation for those who want to travel with family/friends, to a slightly quieter area of Tramandai. Comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, spacious living room. Rita was a great host, always answering the questions we had quickly.

House located very close to the sea but in a more remote area of Tramandaí, but walking a few meters you reach the area where the kiosks and lifeguards begin. Great place to relax and enjoy without the crowds of the main beaches. About the house, it was impeccable, everything very clean and organized, exactly as in the listing description.

Host Jorge is very attentive and helpful. Respond quickly to questions. The house is quite spacious and served our family well. 9 adults (1 elderly) and 3 children. It has all the utensils to meet everyone's needs. The location is great. Close to the beach (5 short blocks), close to the market, butcher shop and bakery. In front of the residence there is a beautiful lake that is quite busy (people walking, fishing and drinking mate), but that does not interfere and does not disturb the people staying in the house. Internet and TV working well. The pool area is great. We used this space a little because the weather was cold (end of April) and the heating is solar and did not heat up enough. Negative points: Upon arriving at the house the floor was sticky and there was a musty smell because the house had probably been closed for quite some time. A quick clean-up was needed.

The apartment is large and overlooks the beach the location is very good on the seaside avenue with restaurants nearby, I will return as soon as possible!!

The flat is super cozy and had everything we needed, I felt at home. The view is incredible! Well located in front of the sea! Cristina, our host, is a sweetheart! We were given all the instructions we needed to enjoy our holiday in Tramandaí. When we arrived, we were greeted by Roberval and wife who were also super loved and attentive with us. We'll definitely be back!😊
